I love being able to have a banner to advertise a seasonal promo or evergreen product/service. The images really pop and add that touch of professionalism compared to text-based signatures. This is a must have for any business that wants their messages to be remembered, simply because visual email signatures are still relatively rare. **What do you dislike about NEWOLDSTAMP?** I wish we could have animated gif as our pictures and change the banners to whatever image we want, rather than only picking from templates. 100% customization of the layout would be a much needed improvement as well. **Recommendations to others considering NEWOLDSTAMP:** Definitely worth considering if you want cool templates! It's generally pretty intuitive, and the founder was upfront about the issues he was working on. This is great for many scenarios such as seasonal events and special promotions. After creating a template, you can adjust it to suit your needs. For instance I created a template then made a personal version when my picture and email and a support email with my support account picture. It makes the whole process very simple and quick. With a ton of options to choose from and the ability to add CTAs, it is easy to create eye catching signatures that help drive your business and brand forward. **What do you dislike about NEWOLDSTAMP?** The most onerous task is having to copy and paste it into your email client, and saving it there. It would be nice to be able to select one of several signatures within gmail. I'd also like to know if the email was opened. Yes, I know that wouldn't be reliable - some recipients will suppress image loads, and some will accidentally open an email. It has been very useful to me. The banner feature where I can add banner ads about the latest services is quite effective. The interface is really simple to use. Once I create my signature I can directly add it to my email accounts from the website itself. The other good part is when I make some edits to the signature it gets automatically updated in my email accounts, so I don't have to do anything. The banner manager allows me to change the banners for all my emails automatically at once. I really did not know how effective email signatures are until I used this. I have recommended it to my friends too. **What do you dislike about NEWOLDSTAMP?** I really wish there were more email templates for the business card. Plus it works every time. I have used platforms where the images don't load for clients or when we update an image, it doesn' show up. I have not had a single issue with New Old Stamp. You also get great analytics on what has been clicked, the views and break it down by week, month and year. This give us a great indication on whether or not our email signature is prime real estate for promotions. Previous attempts had resulted in weirdly-sized images (too large usually when viewed on the recipient's machine) or worse missing images which made the email footer look broken. Newoldstamp has got that initiative moving for us. It took minutes to set up the default email signature for the company and assign versions to us all. TBH we didn't really get why we would pay for this, but after setting everyone up and seeing the stats we were converts. We're looking forward to pushing banners and offers through the system next and really starting to use our email channel properly for the first time. **What do you dislike about NEWOLDSTAMP?** There are quite a few email templates but it would have been good to have more. It also has a handy analytics feature to track the effectiveness of your signatures. **What do you dislike about NEWOLDSTAMP?** Just a small dislike - I thought there'd be a bit more flexibility with the banners - no big deal but It would be nice to be able to edit the banners inside the program - could save a little more time with that option. I have been paying for wisestamp for the past 3 years and it always annoys me when I have to renew. With Newoldstamp I got an amazing deal!! Another great thing about it is the ease of use. It's not like you have to figure out what you're doing. It's pretty intuitive and simple. I bet my 5 year old could make email signatures with how they've set their UI up...which to me is awesome. I don't want to spend a bunch of time learning something new. **What do you dislike about NEWOLDSTAMP?** It can be buggy about 10% of the time but I normally refresh and it's perfect. Oh and sometimes when you are trying to fit the signature into certain programs it can be a little off. In all honesty, there's really not that much that I don't like. And tracks it all too. There are multiple templates to start things going, which makes it a quick and easy process. Scroll through until you see one with the layout and format you like, choose it, fill in the required info, add your photo/logo, customise colours... The final step of actually using the signature is easy for the main players eg. GMail, but it's a copy-and-paste operation elsewhere. **What do you dislike about NEWOLDSTAMP?** Would like to be able to re-order some things eg. custom fields only display after the standard info. I have found that some services won't use the signature properly (eg. email automation like ActiveCampaign), but that's becase they are text-only and don't do HTML/code, so the groovy signature may not appear across all client touch-points. **Recommendations to others considering NEWOLDSTAMP:** It's pretty straightforward and easy to implement. It's got a really visual user interface which allows you to intuitively fill in the gaps, edit a few things and that's it. You have a new email signature in no time. **What do you dislike about NEWOLDSTAMP?** The only negative thing about NEWOLDSTAMP is that its simplicity takes a toll on the number of customisation options available. At times I have wanted to design my signature in a slightly different way and have not been able. It's so easy to navigate around. I can litterally create a professional looking signature in less than 5 minutes. You just need fill up the necessary details like name, company, title, etc., upload your logo or your photo, and choose a signature template, then viola, you can now copy and paste it to your mail client and it works like a charm! It works well with Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail (Mac and iOS), Thunderbird and many more. Also if you want to make edits, you just have to do it in your account dashboard and it will do its magic to update the signature everywhere. NewOld Stamp provides a huge collection of signature templates so preparing a new signature takes a few clicks and you can preview how the signature is going to look in different popular email clients. Apart from this you can add custom fields, banners, share and social buttons, pictures - a lot of stuff! For making great looking signatures design skills are not required at all - really cool. **What do you dislike about NEWOLDSTAMP?** This is not really disliking something but a suggestion to add what I think is missing and needs to be added to functionality ASAP: 1. No matter how good the signature looks we need to separate it from the body of the message - I did not find a way to add any horizontal lines or spacers to separate the signature and show - here email ends and the signature starts. 2. We need a new signature template that would allow inserting banners on the short side of the signature block (not below the signature) - with the banner below the signature gets to be too tall. If I can place the banner to the right of the signature it may look a whole lot sexier. 3. Developer has some extra premium feature which allows to track the clicks on the links in the signature banner. This probably may have limited use - can't imaging that someone would make repeat clicks on the same banner. However here is a suggestion from my side how to make NewOldStamp a much bigger solution - once the signature is generated it becomes an "offline" signature sitting on the local file system. I think the banner manager should allow uploading the image files to the developer's servers so that the images are downloaded from the server when a recipient is opening the message - this way one of the light-weight images may be used as a tracking pixel so we would know not only when someone clicked on the banner, BUT when someone opened the message with all other important metadata - number of opens, location, time etc. - with this functionality added this will become not only an email signature design and administration tool but also email tracking application. Apart from that the Banner Manager should allow us to add descriptive AltTags to the banners which would act as the teasers for the readers to enable image display in the message - if you use your fantasy and add a :provocative" tag it would make the reader to see the banner and thus tell his/her email app to show the images. **Recommendations to others considering NEWOLDSTAMP:** If you need an email signature solution and you get a good offer from NewOldStamp you make a solid choice.
