It's easy to segment and manage email signatures by the department and to schedule signature campaigns. They do not offer any kind of refund should you decide to change and they are very aggressive with their tactics to keep you should you indicate interest in canceling. I'd recommend finding a service with a better cancelation policy. We ran into an issue in which the banners within the email signatures were running into our email footers (text was displaying over the banner images to be more specific which rendered the banner feature unusable to us) and after weeks of email exchanges, the issue is still not resolved. Although prompt on their replies, they have no idea what they are doing...they had me try 4-5 different things to resolve and most of the suggestions were ridiculous. On occasion, the signature would even upload itself as attachments instead of presenting normally. Customer service tell you that their engineers are looking into it. I blindly agreed to troubleshoot it with them without realizing that they were simply trying to wind down the clock so that I would no longer be able to claim a refund. When the engineers fix didn't work they proceeded to tell me that this issue lies with apple mail and it's not their fault. I then requested a refund and moved over to a different provider where I have since had no issues whatsoever, indicating it is Newoldstamps product that is broken. Upon requesting a refund I never heard anything back and was only replied to with an apology saying they were reviewing my case, only for me to not hear anything for weeks. I believe this slow replying is an effort to either get me to drop the case or to further increase the time that I am past the refund period. Disgraceful behavior from a service and I urge anyone considering using them to think twice and use a different provider. Working with lots of employees is especially easy using Newoldstamp’s departments feature. One of my sales reps who works remotely doesn't use an email client, rather she logs into GoDaddy's webmail every time she wants to check her email (I know, I know...). So within GoDaddy's platform there is no way to have the signature automatically populate in every new outgoing email. To NewOldStamp's credit they did advise me on a workaround where a template can be created and all new emails can just be initiated from that template. Trackable links are possible and this is all very useful for keeping your websites latest products linked and up to date. **What do you dislike about NEWOLDSTAMP?** Not found any problems as yet - It is possible that there are scenarios where images are not shown by the receiver however thats not the problem of NewOldStamp and more to do with the settings on the phone or computer that the receiver is using themselves. **Recommendations to others considering NEWOLDSTAMP:** If you are working with teams where updates to the signature that are important, this will be great for keeping your whole team up to date in one simple step by just changing the team signature. This is a very tidy feature but very useful for keeping them creating one corporate image which is often very difficult.
