I don't know any upside because we are being charged for another year, yet we don't want the software, and don't use it. Customer service takes too long because they are not in North America. We found a better option and had not used NEWOLDSTAMP yet we were charged another annual fee automatically. They use a third party for billing and emailf from them were not received. I'm not entirely pleased with NEWOLDSTAMP's signature manager. One of the major gripes I have is that our company logo intermittently fails to appear in certain email clients.
