Helping others and finding out what really can encompass a management/team relationship. **What do you like best about NewLevelWork?** Very user friendly. Nice to have a 1 on 1 coach that can help me either assess a situation or walk me through best management. **What do you dislike about NewLevelWork?** The hardest thing I have found is implementing with myself and finding the drive for some of the changes.
