During 1:1 coaching sessions, the highly experienced coaches drill down into specific challenges you are facing, use various frameworks to think through these situations, and provide tactical advice and feedback that can is immediately actionable. The coaches are fantastic at maintaining continuity between sessions, building upon the knowledge the coachee is accumulating, and continuing to deliver value over time. The supporting content that is provided between lessons is also highly relevant and effective method of reinforcement and also serves as a helpful future reference.
