  ### 1. Stay FAR away, to worst product in this space.

**What do you like best about Newbook?**

The sales guy, the sales presentations were very slick

**What do you dislike about Newbook?**

Where to start. The ease of use: it's not easy at all (I used to be IT guy and it's terribly designed). Value for money: they held on to our cc collected money for 3! months, plus fees added up to be 5%!, customer support: horrendous. It's very management and customer unfriendly. We used it one month, lost 4-5k on their fees for a year, yes, they will hound you every other day, will not address any complaints. If I can save one person not choosing this product, from the headaches we went through, it has been worth it.

**What problems is Newbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wish they solved problems, their product is way too complicated, so complicated their support team barely understands it.

**What do you like best about Newbook?**

I love that NewBook is always adapting. Separating from an old PMS that simply wasn't fitting our business needs to NewBook has been business-changing. From the beginning of the process with the sales reps to the training and onboarding process, we have been nothing but impressed. This program is much more user-friendly than any prior PMS used for our hotel. It also adapts and changes as our business changes. There are an insane amount of functions and capabilities with NewBook that you can't get anywhere else. The price points are also adjustable. If you don't or won't use a specific feature like integrations with Quickbooks or Facebook, you don't have to have them as part of your package.

**What do you dislike about Newbook?**

There are a lot of features that you can choose to utilize. However, if you are used to a simple PMS with minimal control aside from booking reservations for guests, this will be an entirely different experience.

**What problems is Newbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NewBook has drastically increased our conversion rate from guests booking online! With our prior PMS, guests had to call and speak with our front desk staff to select specific rooms. With our hotel housing 40 individually themed guest rooms, it's nearly impossible for guests to book online. We greatly appreciate the new capabilities NewBook has allowed our guests to book.

**What do you like best about Newbook?**

Newbook is the solution to everything we needed to be able to become the best in what we do. The support, flexibility, connections, options & interface you'll love. Housekeeping is a breeze, guest relations and communications become seamless and reporting is high-end.

**What do you dislike about Newbook?**

There is nothing that I dislike about NewBook. This system is the perfect match for us. If we ever have something that we think it can't do, support will always find a way tor us to be able to do it.

**What problems is Newbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NewBook brings together all the wants and needs that we need for our various roles. Information is easily accessible, bookings run without hiccups and the system provides us with the opportunity to manage our bookings and clients how we want to. It doesn't supply you with a cookie cutter you have to fit into. It allows you to create your own mould.

**What do you like best about Newbook?**

NewBook just keeps getting better, like a fine wine with age. We use NewBook for a variety of uses from Holiday Parks to Residential Lifestyle Communities so our range is varied with the features and products we utilise.  Automation is a breeze and the speed of the system is second to none.  It is extremely rare to be on hold to support for any longer than 2 minutes tops and each staff member is a delight to deal with not to mention the Setup Team & Training Staff are fantastic during the onboarding process taking care to deliver you with the best system for your property needs. Innovation at it's best!

**What do you dislike about Newbook?**

The downside is as the system is so fast at building reports that I do not find the time to take a tea break whilst waiting for anything to load, yes it's quick!

**What problems is Newbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recently with some residential properties, we are looking to hopefully enhance NewBook even further with the metering setup for homes with solar panel rebates. Once completed we will be saving on running costs for the time spent currently manually inputting the data.

**What do you like best about Newbook?**

I love how intuitive and updated is this system, you can learn to use it so fast and easily. You can configure your screen in the way you want and like the most. New Book also has a Training mood where you can try doing different things in the system to know how can work and you don't mess up. The included payment is something useful and helpful. All the task you can add and manage is another thing that I like from New Book.

**What do you dislike about Newbook?**

When you process a payment and it is incorrect you are unable to void the payment at the same time, you have to wait until the next day and then you have to refund the customer which you were trying to avoid.

**What problems is Newbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can manage our RV Park, Motel and Homestead from just one Channel Manager instead of using two or three, it has everything we need to manage our business successfully and easily.

Newbook support feels personable and unrushed because it is.

**What do you dislike about Newbook?**

I haven't found anything I dislike. There is room for improvement in the Knowledge Base. Sometimes it is hard to find information if you do not have your keywords exactly right.

**What problems is Newbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

3rd Party Channels is an area that Newbook support has assisted with. Your tech (Vlad) has been amazing and has made what seemed to be very technical at first, to what became a straightforward approach after your help.
As a new customer, we had a good deal of training needs. Brooke and Willie have been so willing to help us learn eDocs and SMS utilization.

**What do you like best about Newbook?**

My favourite features are automated communications, followed by two-way SMS and the waitlist features  along with the online booking engine - they have contributed to a 25% boost in revenue.

**What do you dislike about Newbook?**

I no longer get to enjoy the colourful interactions from our affluent customers of their first world problems of slightly mispelt names or details on reservations.

**What problems is Newbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The switch to NewBook has been amazing. There was substantial hesitance to move systems from within our company largely due to fear of change and migrating our data. The transition was handled so well, the team guided us through all the steps and were always there to answer our questions and calls. 

Our customers can be quite particular, however, they are thrilled that we've made online reservations much easier. Our team have saved hours each week with automated reporting and communication.

The NewBook team really care about their customers, take on our feedback and are passionate about helping us improve our business!

**What do you like best about Newbook?**

The best thing about NewBook is the support team. Real people with a great understanding of property needs. They will go beyond to find a solution for an issue

**What do you dislike about Newbook?**

Reporting is not NewBook's best asset. More often than not, two reports can't be compared as they may not use the same parameters.

Great PMS

It is a very complete PMS. You can easily manage bookings from different accounts, generate invoices and reports

No connettivity with Airbnb and Homeaway
