5/5
What do you like best about New Relic?

The platform excels at delivering full-stack observability in one place, allowing teams to monitor applications, infrastructure, logs, and user experience in real time without relying on several different tools. Its straightforward setup and wide range of integrations make it easy to instrument services across cloud, container, and on-premises environments. Additionally, the customizable dashboards enable teams to visualize performance trends and rapidly identify issues. The Customer Support was very helpful and resourceful. "Comprehensive Monitoring and Fast Root-Cause Analysis with New Relic"
5/5
What do you like best about New Relic?

My overall experience with New Relic has been positive. It provides deep visibility into application and infrastructure performance, with intuitive dashboards and powerful APM capabilities that make root-cause analysis much faster. The distributed tracing, alerting, and integration options with cloud services (like AWS and Kubernetes) have been especially helpful in proactive monitoring and reducing MTTR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about New Relic?

While New Relic offers excellent visibility and analytics, its pricing model can be a bit complex and expensive for large-scale environments.

Additionally, the UI can feel cluttered at times, and navigating between APM, infrastructure, and logs could be more intuitive. Some dashboards also take time to load when handling large datasets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Game-Changer for Application Performance Monitoring"
4/5
What do you like best about New Relic?

The dashboards are excellent real-time observability across applications, infrastructure, logs and traces all in one unified platform makes diagnosing issue much faster.

Alerting system is robust and proactive, when something goes wrong or a metric crosses a threshold, I get notified quickly, which helps prevent downtime.

Deep integration works well with many languages, cloud services, and platforms which is helpful in polyglot environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about New Relic?

Learning curve is steep for new users, especially those without deep experience in observability or monitoring tools, it can be overwhelming to set up all the agents, decide what metrics to collect, build dashboards.

As usage grows (more hosts, more data ingested , more retention), the cost can escalate and pricing tiers or billing can become confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Relic user Review"
5/5
What do you like best about New Relic?

I’ve started appreciating how quickly it helps me spot issues without digging through multiple tools. The dashboards load fast and give a clear picture of what is happening in the system. I also like that the alerts are more accurate now, so I get fewer unnecessary notifications and more useful one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about New Relic?

I think it's the pricing. The pricing can still feel a little heavy for smaller teams, so a bit more flexibility would help. Sometimes there are too many features in one place, and it can feel a little crowded when you just want to find something simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Full-Stack Monitoring"
5/5
What do you like best about New Relic?

What I like best about New Relic is the complete end to end visibility it provides. It shows exactly how both the front end and backend programming, and the detailed insights like transaction traces, slow API breakdowns, and real user browser monitoring make identifying and fixing issues faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about New Relic?

What I dislike about New Relic is that the platform can feel overwhelming at first

because of the many features and dashboards. Some integrations require extra setup effort, and navigating logs, metrics, and traces is not always as smooth as it could be. And also the cost can increase quickly as data volume grows Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
