"Unmatched End-to-End Visibility for Performance Monitoring"
5/5
What do you like best about New Relic?

What I appreciate most about New Relic is the comprehensive end-to-end visibility it offers across applications, infrastructure, and user behavior. By consolidating all performance metrics into one unified dashboard, it becomes much easier to quickly identify issues and pinpoint their root causes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about New Relic?

The biggest challenge with New Relic is the learning curve. Some advanced features and dashboards require deeper technical knowledge, which can make onboarding slower for non-engineering teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about New Relic?

NRQL can be challenging for newcomers to learn. The pricing model may also be difficult to understand at first. If not configured properly, alerts have the potential to become noisy or repetitive, which can result in alert fatigue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NewRelic Traces Make Diagnosing and Fixing Issues Fast"
4.5/5
What do you like best about New Relic?

As a boots-on-the-ground feature developer, I find NewRelic very helpful for diagnosing issues, pinpointing their exact causes, and resolving them ASAP.

The application traces help you to pinpoint exactly where you need to be looking in your code, rather than fumbling around with complex logs or arcane error messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about New Relic?

NewRelic is a massive platform, and its interface can be a bit overwhelming. I also think the search functionality is a bit limited – you can only search on certain attributes, and sometimes they aren't what you expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
