What do you like best about New Breed?

NewBreed can look at the 'whole picture' as they offer website design/build, demand gen (SEO/SEM), and revenue operations. When we have discussions with them we feel like we're getting a consultation and advisors on our team vs just hiring a vendor. We worked with Wayne Kelley and he was incredible to work with -- strong project manager, focused on 'getting it right vs being right' (a couple times we discovered decisions we made earlier in the project were not the right decision with more information and time to think, Wayne was always flexible to adjust but firm when needed to keep the project moving. In the end we felt like we had a partner who was helping us make the right long term decisions for our Hubspot setup after we had two nearly failed rollouts. What do you dislike about New Breed?

The sales process is a bit slower and they have a backlog from signatures to start. We've given them multiple projects but sometimes we've had to work with another hubspot partner as our timeline was more aggressive than what they could support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering New Breed:

- Make sure you state your business goals (MQL, SQL, Deals, etc?) so they can align around them

- Dedicate a person to action the requests and projects. Most of the work internal is change management for the sales and marketing teams where even a small change requires communication and training.

What problems is New Breed solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to redo our Hubspot setup for our multi-brand / business unit company. The project with NB included;

- Revenue operations setup within Hubspot

New Breed's specialist (Jake D.) was very helpful and was available often. He was very helpful anytime I hit a roadblock and put quality time into figuring out the possibilities before getting back to me.

They are not only fun to work with, but more importantly, they really know their stuff! I really enjoy being able to bounce ideas and come up with solutions for a variety of quandaries I experience on a regular basis.

I find it most useful to ensure that New Breed is aware of your overall goals and KPIs as it relates to how you are measuring success as it enables them to look for other opportunities for improvement and to recommend other actions you can take to be a marketing revenue generation engine.

I might suggest other project planning software besides Mavenlink, which isn't as intuitive as Monday.com. I would push them into the discovery phase much quicker and force the acceleration of the project from a client perspective. This will help kickstart the engagement and keep the process moving.
