We’ve been a NeverBounce customer for over 10 years, but I can no longer recommend their service. We used their platform to verify every email we sent—expecting, of course, that verified emails wouldn’t bounce. Despite that, we continued to see a high bounce rate, which is simply unacceptable.

What’s worse, NeverBounce’s support was completely unhelpful. Responses felt AI-generated, with no real resolution offered, and we were left waiting without answers.

They were slow to reply (taking 24-48 hours in between responses initially). Their responses were not helpful. And then they just stopped responding altogether. They did nothing to resolve the issue, or answer any of our questions. And they most certainly made no effort to honor their guarantee. My last message to them was that if we didn't hear back soon we were going to leave a poor review on G2 and initiate a chargeback. Suddenly they responded and said that our messages had been landing in their spam folder which is why they didn't see them. Rest assured they are on top of the matter now.
