"Some Red Flags Here"

What do you like best about NeverBounce - Powered by ZoomInfo?

When we started using them 6 years ago, we liked their service. Affordable and only occasional bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NeverBounce - Powered by ZoomInfo?

When we originally became a customer of Neverbounce 6 years ago and integrated them into our systems, there was no expiration date on prepaid credits. That was part of the purchasing decision for us, as our use case involved variable quantities of new leads that we use the Neverbounce API to check before adding them to a drip sequence.

In 2024, they introduced an expiration date on credits in fine print on the pricing page. I'm guessing this is a way to increase the revenue without raising the price, since there is no real-world reason why the credits need to expire. It’s like the Post Office announcing that all unused forever stamps will expire in a year and adding an expiration date to any stamps made in the future. This is a pretty major shift for customers who have already written software around their service.

I reached out to their customer service asking for a resolution, and they seemed apologetic but said nothing could be done.

I see this is a common complaint with the company, and in looking at their website I also noticed they advertise 7,000+ G2 reviews with a 4.5-star rating. As of today, they have 138 reviews and a 4.2-star rating. I don't know what else they're lying about, there could be more things, and it certainly leaves me wondering about the accuracy of their product. I'm currently looking for a replacement service to transition to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Costly and Lacks Promised Features"
2.5/5
What do you like best about NeverBounce - Powered by ZoomInfo?

I liked that NeverBounce did what it said it would do. It was fairly easy to use, even though it took some time to import spreadsheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NeverBounce - Powered by ZoomInfo?

I was sold by the salesperson that it would be a tool that would be useful for verifying both personal and work emails all at once. However, once I received the tool, I realized how expensive it was and it did not actually do that feature. It could only do one email at a time, so it did take a long time to get through lengthy lists. It was easy because we were sold into it, but it did have a bit of a learning curve. It was a little bit tedious to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Validator with Seamless Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NeverBounce - Powered by ZoomInfo?

I like that NeverBounce is very simple and straightforward to use. I used to mostly rely on CSV uploads for bulk verification, but I really appreciate how well NeverBounce integrates with my other tools, allowing me to validate emails through API calls now. It's quick, and having access to a large dataset really builds my trust in the results. The API calls simplify steps and allow for more automated workflows, while CSV uploads, despite being a bit more manual, are still very quick for large lists. The setup was incredibly easy, and integrating it with more automated workflows was seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NeverBounce - Powered by ZoomInfo?

I'm disappointed with NeverBounce's policy of adding expiration dates to their credits. When I first started using them, their credits did not expire, and I had a really big bank of credits to use. They seem to have retroactively applied an expiration date to credits that were already purchased, which was disappointing. Although they were kind enough to give me an extension on that expiration deadline, I would have preferred if they had applied the expiration date only to credits purchased after the announcement, rather than backdating it. What do you dislike about NeverBounce - Powered by ZoomInfo?

I don't like that since NeverBounce was acquired by Zoominfo, the experience has been terrible. The pricing raised by 300% in one month, which is outrageous. Their support is really bad now and they never get back to you anymore. We cancelled our subscription because of these issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
