The results keep changing (e.g. previously 'invalid' email then shows up as 'valid' the next day, and then keeps changing apparently at random every few days to weeks). Users have lost faith in the product and our connected automations have been failing. Support has also been very poor. Documentation and technical documentation is incomplete. It has taken me over a week (it might have actually been over 2 weeks) to receive a response. The validation procedure itself is relatively quick; I would estimate that validating a few thousand rows of data takes less than 5 minutes. The list is really short. We've been using this tool for almost 4 years and have probably validated over 500,000 rows. We aren't heavy users. However, I've noticed that there haven't been many enhancements to the tool or modifications to the website... but at the same time, I don't believe Neverbounce is lacking in any functionality. NeverBounce promised a low bounce rate (which it delivered, with a bounce rate of 3 percent or below). It was also less expensive than some of the other programs I considered. Been using it for a couple of weeks and haven't run into any problems whatsoever. The app is a breeze to use and integrates with my HubSpot CRM beautifully. If you want to send marketing emails to a list and have confidence that almost none of them will bounce, use NeverBounce. I send about 500 emails or more at a time and my bounce rates have been lower than .5% with NeverBounce - my last campaign had a bounce rate of .37%! Crazy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I did try to export my last email list back into HubSpot after it had been cleaned with NeverBounce and got an error message. However, I chatted in with NeverBounce support, and within MINUTES (you read that right) they had the problem fixed.
