NeverDesk is an AI-agent-native helpdesk / customer support software. Unlike traditional, bloated helpdesk software, there's nothing to learn: AI agents handle almost all of your customer service automatically, and your team can take over at any time, with no learning curve, simply by chatting with it. NeverDesk never stops working, even when your computer is offline, your team is away, or your office is closed. It never misses a customer, and it never leaves a customer waiting or without a response. It keeps learning your business continously, It knows when to answer, when to handover and when to escalate, so you can provide high-quality, reliable customer support around the clock.
