It includes patient registration with Emirates ID, scheduling with SMS and WhatsApp reminders, dynamic clinical forms, e-prescriptions and pharmacy, lab and radiology orders, billing and revenue cycle management, insurance claims and prior authorization, telemedicine, a patient portal, and analytics. It is built for UAE health information exchange workflows (NABIDH in Dubai, Malaffi in Abu Dhabi). Typical go-live is 6–10 weeks.
