He's very responsive via email as well as via text. NeuGenity has helped me set up mobile device management, remotely upload applications, and manage account profiles on all my apple devices. Additionally, Chris simplified the process for me, making it understandable, and was there to assist when I hit a barrier. **What do you dislike about NeuGenity?** There is nothing is disliked about NeuGenity. They were all around great! **What problems is NeuGenity solving and how is that benefiting you?** NeuGenity helps me manage multiple Apple devices by remotely uploading applications and profiles.
