NetZen AI is an all-in-one platform for managed service providers: service desk, RMM, PSA and automation, with AI that investigates and fixes technical problems on endpoints and SaaS services. When a ticket arrives from Teams, Slack, email or the portal, NetZen AI checks the affected device, reads its logs, finds the likely cause and proposes a fix. Device changes run only after a technician approves them, and every step is recorded on the ticket. Issues it can’t resolve go to your team with the evidence already attached. The same platform covers monitoring, patching, remote access and scripting for Windows, Mac and Linux, plus ticketing, SLAs, a knowledge base, quotes and client invoicing with QuickBooks and Xero. Pricing is per technician with unlimited endpoints, and you can try it free for 30 days with no card. Built in Canada and hosted on Google Cloud in the US.
