NetX DAM has been a great benefit for our organization. Prior to establishing our DAM, visual assets were local server based and very difficult to access across our organization. NetX has corrected that issue and now any team member can access our assets at any point. Also the training and support from NetX has been incredible. Tagging of assets can be a little overwhelming, and it's mostly just workflow. Being able to import tags previously assigned in lightroom or bridge would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The accessibility of the interface, and the ability to create and adapt workflows. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly. The ability to manage folder structures on a granular level is incredibly helpful for controlling assets with restrictions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Installation was a long process, and we occasionally run into issues or bugs that take time to resolve that impact the museum's ability to work quickly. Users have also complained about the status bar being hard to discern at the top of the screen, as well as the fact that "No Assets Found" will appear on screen in two distinctly different situations: A) When no search results have actually been found, and B) When the search is still processing and has yet to display the results. This is very confusing for users, and I consistently need to advise people to "just give it time to load." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
