Our biggest challenge is having an up to date asset management system that multiple audiences and clients can quickly access around the world. Our users can quickly find what they are looking for and we can share custom content to specific groups using permissions that allow for key channel differences to be easily managed in one system. What I like best about this software is the people at NetX that develop and support it. We, like allot of companies, tend to be a little outside the box. We got the features we needed - a fully customizable DAM system with a portal setup and online template editor with the number of end users and space we needed. What do you dislike about NetX | DAM? We haven't run into any major roadblocks with the system. We went through an extensive implementation process that walked us through how to set up our custom system. Recommendations to others considering NetX | DAM: I recommend NetX as a solution for an organization's digital asset management needs. We were able to implement a system that allows us to use all the functions that we identified were needed to be successful and the room to grow and refine our system. The implementation process was great. Our rep walked us through everything and answered all of our questions. We started our rollout earlier this summer and everything is going great! We need members of our organization to be able to search, share and download brand assets. We need a central location to house these things and a way for people to log in and get these assets.
