You can check the current permissions that users have and at the same time you can modify them and see them before changing them as those changes would affect those users, which allows you to have a control over how they affect the modifications that are made. It is also quite easy to use and the reports generate reports that allow you to check all the relevant information found in the database. What do you dislike about Netwrix Access Analyzer? When you perform several analyzes it can happen that too much memory and processor are used in the server, which can affect the correct operation, since it consumes many resources at times. These analyzes can also sometimes take longer than desired to be done, more than a day sometimes takes. But it is true that although they take a long time you really get a wide information and also make sure you are sure if there is any threat. With StealthAUDIT Management Platform we can have more control in the company about the privileges that each group of users have. It is important to manage the permissions and define access to folders, files and data, as this increases security and prevents the loss of information. This software has also managed to eliminate threats and maintain the integrity of our data. My only constructive feedback would be response times with support, however the team have always been very helpful and make extra effort to address any concerns. The ability to produce standard Share/Folder Audit reports or AD Group reports quickly within minutes now. The ability to produce report to assess data and put together a plan to remediate unstructured data, access, etc. The ability to offer self-service for colleagues to manage AD Groups and perform formal Entitlement review or revalidations of Group memberships by the tens of thousands. StealthAUDIT allows visibility and automation of access rights and privileges across Active Directory and other file repositories. Features that enable my admins tell the age and complexity of user passwords and the ability to automatically send emails notifications to users or even enforce password change is extremely useful. Perhaps the best feature is the ability to simulate changes, see the impact and understand any complexity and risks before having to commit those changes in a production environment. Access control to files / folder structure, Anomaly detection in user behavior and access profiles. Using StealtAUDIT and the other add on modules saves us significant time and effort. it also gives a level of visibility and granularity that is not native to AD without trawling through a ton of logs.
