What do you like best about Keela?

Keela provides all of the tools we need in one place. Not only can we manage all of our donors' information, interactions, and transactions, but we can also organize multiple donor campaigns, create various donor and subscription forms, send out all of our email newsletters and fundraising email blasts. Keela allows you to run just about any type of report that you can think of, set up multiple dashboards for monitoring various metrics, and gives us the ability to set up powerful multi-step automation sequences that can be triggered by various actions. Keela is very affordable and their customer service team is one of the best I've seen anywhere. They're very responsive and listen to their customers for new ideas, potential bugs, and much more. We are very satisfied with Keela and would highly recommend it to any other nonprofit that is looking for a DRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keela?

To be honest, there's not much that I dislike about Keela. Whenever I've had a problem or think something is not working the way I think it should, I contact their support team and they have been very responsive to either explain how things work or listen to suggestions for improving their product. Keela's all-in-one solution allows us to manage every aspect of the nonprofit experience in a way that is integrated and connected, eliminating the need to do much of the work manually. Keela does it all for you. It handles email newsletters and fundraising eblasts, campaign mangement, donation and subscription forms, and donor management very easily, and in a way that is easy to track and report. What do you like best about Keela?

The integreatted forms and communications feature has been my faviourte part of keela so far. In our previous setup we would be boucing between mailchimp, eventbrite and google forms, but now all of that has been collected in one place making it easy to use on a daily basis. It is also a huge benefit that we can add multiple team members to keela, this allows us to give employess access to only what they need to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keela?

So far we have had problems with the lack of integrations with softwares other than stripe. Although the online integration of stripe is usefull we are still required to upload payments made of debit machines (Clover) and e-transfers. If Keela were to offer integration with stripe terminals this would make things much smoother for smaller organizations which operate on less man power. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keela solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keela has been a life saver when it comes to promoting events through its integrated forms and communication system. This allows us to send out emails and collect responses/donations/purchases all in one place. In terms of donor outreach, Keela has helped us gauge the level of contribution from each donor on a better level, making it easier for the donor outreach when it comes to fundraising. What do you like best about Keela?

Keela is easy to use right out of the box, and comes with outstanding customer support for any kinks you may not be able to work out yourself. Importing our old data and onboarding the system was painless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Keela is currently lacking in good old-fashioned database functionality like linking consituents to each other and powerful list and query capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keela?

I think that the best feature on their platform is the “nonprofit intelligence” which helps us understand who the donor is, how much to ask, how they prefer to be contacted, and the optimal time to make an ask. I haven’t seen this feature on other CRM platforms, which makes me appreciate how Keela strives to understand their local Vancouver-based customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keela?

The newsletter feature doesn't have mobile optimization so it really is a challenge to lay it out nicely. It also doesn't have much or direct data on the performance of a newsletter like click-through rate and unsubscribe rate (it will still have to be computed manually). What do you like best about Keela?

The customer support is exceptional. If you can't find an answer through their extensive library of articles, an email to custom support is usually answered within the hour. They're super friendly and will walk through each step with you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keela?

The easy nature of being able to create forms and email marketing tailored to our different intiatives, within 5-10 minutes and have it ready to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keela?

Not having an option on the revunue forms to keep stock. Sizing an image that on donation/ revenue forms is a major hassle. Even after you have fitted an image to the form via desktop, it is either cut off or nonexistent on the mobile version. I would also like to be able to have a column that shows you exaclty what form someone donated to in the "Recent Transactions" of the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Giving us a platform to house donor information, easily communicate with them and share successes of the organzation. Being able to create shareable forms to social media that allow us to collection donations/ responses from a broader audience as well as capture their information for future communications. In the email threads it is hard to follow who is copied.

Embedded videos in the communications.

What do you like best about Keela?

We love that Keela is adaptable and able to create more personalized communications and conversations with our donors. We used to use multiple systems for email, texting, contact info management, donation records, etc and now we are bringing them all together. Keela is easy to use and the dashboard is user friendly. What do you dislike about Keela?
