NetWize offers great pricing for their premium services. They don't just fix problems, they prevent them. We are able to purchase our Microsoft, Adobe, Dell, HPE, Aruba and Fortinet solution through them. Very kind staff that doesnt make us feel dumb. Top notch engineers that we have been able to work with for years and we havent had to deal with new people coming and going. I have worked with them while at two different companies, and they offer more value for their services than anyone else. We needed help from an MSP that could tackle all our legacy systems and support a large non-technical staff, and NetWize has been a great partner in this. Their support is top-notch and have been able to manage all of our custom apps, in addition to Exchange Online, Sharepoint and Teams deployment. Recommendations to others considering NetWize: If you want a team that can get things done without any red tape, NetWize is the Team. We wrestled with our last MSP for too long. NetWize has improved our infrastructure and implemented technology to help our business be more efficient. What do you dislike about NetWize? A possible downside is they dont currently offer chat support. Its not a deal breaker, but sometimes chat support is easier than email or phone call.
