**What do you like best about Netumo?**

Netumo platform helps us overcome the complexities of establishing stringent rules. These rules are critical for preventing malicious activities such as spam attacks & data vulnerabilities. In its Dashboard, we gain visibility over what's happening with our customer data & by analyzing them, we can take the necessary steps to mitigate potential risks and be compliant. It enables us to create custom threat models to trigger an alert whenever sensitive data is shared via email.

**What do you dislike about Netumo?**

Netumo platform requires significant developments in its FTP checks. These improvements will make sure to check the running status FTP server on a real-time basis & validate its credentials. We have a few needs in which we upload multiple key files for SFTP & for FTPS we need extensive implicit & explicit security support.

**What problems is Netumo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our Microsoft Exchange Servers, we implement threat models offered by Netumo to avoid customer data leakage and to generate classified emails report. An alert is generated whenever sensitive data is shared via email exchange with other users. Configuration of data discovery and classification of Microsoft Exchange servers is straightforward & it helps to generate classified email reports swiftly using the Netumo platform.
