With the ability to roll out the software via MSI, we can easily get the software onto all laptops required with minimal slowdown, the users barely know it's there. There are sometimes bad updates released and we have had numerous falts with the software causing issues with our devices, such as speed issues, however they are keen to rectify. Easy to use, lightweight application, manageable from the cloud. This means simple filtering wherever our users our, and we're able to administer from anywhere too. Support can be slow as everything has to be done via a teams meetings, where at times a simple email could have answered your question.
