What do you like best about NetSuite?

The Duning Letters for Customers that are overdue so that I don't have to manually do it all myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

I do not like that I cannot search by PO Names or numbers in the searchbar and that I have to go to a completely different search window to try to find it, when on that page it gives you way too many options to add things in and if you do it wrong, you can't find anyting. I don't like that I can't really save certain searches as the system thinks that they are reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has solved my problems of having to keep personal spreadsheets of all of my 300+ Customers of where their Account balances are and personally sending out Dunning Letters myself.

The way that orders come in/are distributed to my employees is more streamlined and easier for them to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
