"Review from an accountant"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

Using Saved Searches, I’m able to pull the data I need to run account analysis across both financial and non-financial information. The user interface is great, and it’s easy to learn once you spend a little time exploring and trying out the features. Overall, the performance is reasonable for what I need NetSuite to do, especially after spending a little time exploring and trying out the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

There are so many features that it takes some time to learn your way around, and there’s definitely a bit of a learning curve to get past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best-in-Class Performance and Seamless Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

Performance and integration are the best parts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

I’m not happy with Saved Searches because there are a few cons. For example, if I create a saved search for one of our departments and give users edit access so they can add or remove things (like columns) from the report, a user can remove the subsidiary criteria. Once they do that, they can see data for the whole group, even though they don’t have access to those other departments/subsidiaries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NetSuite: Powerful ERP with Customization and Integrations"
3.5/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

I love NetSuite as a whole compared to any other ERP system, whether it's on-premise or a SaaS application. It is user-friendly, customizable, and easy to develop new internal apps for clients. It allows me to tailor processes for clients by leveraging some of the out-of-the-box features, even if there is complexity around how they do intercompany transactions or bank transfers for cash receipts. Setting up NetSuite was very easy; the core financials were completed in about two days, and the business processes for AR and AP were standard, with no need for customization. I even developed my own OCR reader for AP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

Well, they have not enhanced the reporting tools inside of NetSuite. The out of the box financials. And I just think that there's so many different other applications to where individuals can do financial reporting that NetSuite does not put any money, into the R and D and development of that. The other thing that I look at to enhance in NetSuite is around their fixed asset module. They haven't had any real improvements around that. They have done some in leases, which is great. "Customizable, Integration-Friendly, and User-Friendly at a Great Price"
5/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

NetSuite is more customizable and integration friendly between various systems. More reliable UI and user friendly. Recent update on MCP standard tool for Claude AI connector. Great tool for the given pricing. NetSuite Support centre helps to over and clarify the NetSuite limitations and issues. Good performance in standard configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

When the system undergoes many customizations, the NetSuite behave strange and slow. Have limitations on the scripts parallel running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful, Scalable ERP with Strong Automation and Real-Time Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

NetSuite is powerful because it brings accounting, billing, purchasing, and financial reporting into one unified system, creating a single source of truth for the business. For finance teams, it helps automate key processes such as invoicing, revenue recognition, and approvals, which reduces manual work and helps cut down on errors. The platform is also highly scalable, allowing companies to grow from startup to enterprise without needing to switch ERPs along the way. NetSuite offers strong real-time reporting and dashboards as well, giving leadership clear visibility into overall financial performance. On top of that, its ability to integrate with tools like Salesforce and other operational systems makes it a solid backbone for a modern SaaS tech stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

One downside of NetSuite is that its interface can feel complex and not very intuitive for new users, so it often requires additional training to get people comfortable. Implementations and customizations can also be time-consuming and expensive, particularly when the system needs to be tailored to specific workflows. Some reporting and saved search functionality may require technical knowledge to build and maintain effectively. In addition, certain integrations with other systems can require middleware or extra development work. Finally, when you factor in licensing, implementation, and ongoing support, the overall cost can be high for smaller organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient for Accounting with Reliable Database and Great AI Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

I really like that NetSuite is well organized and makes it easy to do financial reports. The accuracy and stability of the database are very reliable, which is great for my needs. I also appreciate the AI connector for its ability to mine through large amounts of data quickly and provide concise reporting. These features are particularly helpful for accounting and analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

I find customizing the financial report writer in NetSuite challenging. The initial setup was moderately challenging, particularly because we had to customize the forms and fields and determine how to use them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and Efficient, But Needs Better Reporting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

I find NetSuite easy to navigate and intuitive. I appreciate how simple it is to add attachments and the numerous fields available for inputting information. I also like having backup to journal entries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

I would like a more flexible way to get reports. The customize options are confusing; for example, if I need a P&L by vendor and try to customize the P&L, the field 'name' appears 100 times and I don't know which one it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NetSuite Betty Buzz Review"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

We enjoy being able to create and save our own reports. It can be a bit complicated, so we’re investing extra time to learn more deeply what to include in specific reports in order to gain a clearer understanding of our financials and reconciliations.

In addition, when importing large amounts of data, the ability to create the specific file using previously updated templates is extremely helpful. It saves time and makes our monthly reporting process much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

When exporting NS reports, they are not always the easiest to handle when sending to excel. Could potentially have a better understanding of certain or unneeded data when promoting a system export.

The system can also be quite slow, taking a long time to load reports or even simple transactions such as saving sales orders or searching transactions in the global search bar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NetSuite Centralizes Multi-Subsidiary Finance for Better Visibility and Control"
4/5
What do you like best about NetSuite?

What I like best about NetSuite is that it gives us one centralized system to manage accounting, approvals, expenses, purchasing, and reporting across multiple subsidiaries. As we expand into different countries, it helps create better visibility, stronger controls, and a more organized workflow instead of relying on separate systems, spreadsheets, and manual follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

There is not really anything that i dislike yet its something new that I have to get used to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
