What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before NetSuite, we were dealing with the classic mid-market ERP challenge — disconnected systems, manual reconciliation across finance and operations, and limited visibility into real-time business performance. As a precision instrumentation company with complex inventory, manufacturing, and global customer operations, that fragmentation was creating real inefficiencies.
NetSuite consolidated that into a single platform — giving us one source of truth across financials, inventory, order management, and procurement. The immediate benefit was operational: faster period-end close, better inventory visibility, and significantly less time spent chasing data across systems.
On the compliance and audit side, having a unified, auditable system has been important for us — particularly as we've gone through customer security assessments and vendor due diligence that require clean financial and operational records.
Where we've seen the most recent impact is in extending NetSuite's capabilities with AI. By building a conversational interface on top of NetSuite using Anthropic Claude, our Finance and Ops teams can now get answers to routine business questions without needing to know how to build a saved search or pull a report. That's reduced the administrative burden on our IT and Finance teams and democratized access to operational data across the organization.
The overall benefit has been less time managing data and more time acting on it — which at our scale is a meaningful productivity gain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
