## NetSuite Reviews
  ### 1. NetSuite: A Customizable One-Stop Solution for Business Needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Devansh S. | Senior Finance System Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

NetSuite is a one-stop destination for all my requirements. Another great thing about it is that it can be customized based on business needs.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

There are limitations with a few functions. For example, it doesn’t allow us to change the sub on an employee record when there are transactions already coded to the previous sub.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Month end closing

  ### 2. User-Friendly Reporting with Easy Saved Reports

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

NetSuite is very user friendly and I like being able to create reports for certain things and saving them as a new report so I don't have to constantly change the parameters each time I need to run the report.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Trying to figure out what dashboard items to include and how to get some of them setup was confusing.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to work more efficiently with getting everything into the system. Being able to import invoices, receipts, etc has made a big impact.

  ### 3. Highly Customizable, but UI Needs Modernization

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like NetSuite for its UI and the modules it offers. I also appreciate the customization it provides using SuiteScript. Additionally, I value the order to cash cycle, pay cycle, and inventory value features.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The UI of NetSuite looks very much outdated. Also, having proper documentation would improve things.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite helps me solve many problems, like generating detailed reports for Shopify stores, tracking inventory and sales orders, and managing purchases effectively.

  ### 4. Is not anything you can't do on Netsuite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel P. | Sales Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

The Multiskill portal, the way to get reports and see the data, is very easy. You can manage your entire company with this ERP; it's a very good cost-benefit. You will have support 24/7, the Oracle support is very easy to work. It's a tool you can use day by day without limits and have the facility that it can be used in any navigator, you don't need to install anything on your pc,

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Its interface is somewhat old, and aesthetically it doesn't look very new, but these are aesthetic details; the operation is great.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite has all the data for the company I work and generates reports very easy to work with. Managing the Inventory, creating sales orders is one of the issues Netsuite solve for my company

  ### 5. Powerful ERP Solution with Excellent Automation and Scalability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nuria T. | Treasury Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

NetSuite is a powerful and comprehensive ERP system that provides excellent visibility across finance, operations, and reporting. Its automation capabilities and integration options add real value, especially for growing companies. However, the user interface can feel complex at times, and customization often requires technical support, which can slow down implementation. Overall, it’s a strong solution I’d recommend for organizations seeking scalability and robust financial control.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The reporting tools, although flexible, aren’t always user-friendly for quick analysis, and small changes often need admin intervention. Additionally, system performance can slow down during heavy processing periods, and interface updates lag behind more modern SaaS tools.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite helps solve several key challenges in our organization:

Centralized Financial Management: It consolidates accounting, payments, and receivables in one system, reducing manual reconciliation and errors.

Real-Time Visibility: Provides up-to-date dashboards and reports, allowing us to monitor cash flow, liquidity, and loan activity in real time.

Process Automation: Automates routine workflows like invoicing, approvals, and bank reconciliations, saving time and reducing operational risk.

Scalability & Compliance: Supports our growth while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements, including audit readiness.

Benefits: These capabilities improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and provide confidence that our financial operations are accurate, compliant, and transparent.

  ### 6. The unlimited variety of implementation helps to be more creative.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrii B. | Contract Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

It can be developed in any possible way we can imagine and rethink a process or a workflow. So the amount of routes to develop it has no limits. An access from a smartphone is a good addition when some data is needed on the go or to answer a question.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Either a team has to learn it or we have to build a specific interface.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gives 24/7 transparency and access to the full company data. Access from my cell being helpful so could really rely on it at any circumstances. Any report or data or even notes can be kept in the same place without a need to carry something in order to upload later.

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

  ### 7. Efficient Transactions, Stellar Search Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** dhanyu d.

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I find the saved searches and filters in NetSuite incredibly valuable as they significantly contribute to accessing and resolving issues quickly, reducing time loss. This efficiency is a major asset in my workflow, allowing me to focus on other critical tasks without getting bogged down by data retrieval challenges. Additionally, I appreciate how easy and adaptable the initial setup of NetSuite was, which facilitated a smooth transition from the start. The system's user-friendly nature ensures that I continue to utilize it effectively in my diverse business operations. Overall, these features of NetSuite enhance my experience and are among the reasons I am likely to recommend it highly.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I find the AI functionality for saved searches to be lacking in effectiveness, and the integration with Jira needs improvement. These limitations hinder the seamless workflow I expect from NetSuite, especially when trying to optimize and streamline processes. The integration falls short of providing smooth interaction between Jira and NetSuite, which is crucial for my work.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite for transactions, pay orders, and accounting. Its saved searches and filters save time by quickly solving issues and improving efficiency.

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

  ### 11. Powerful Centralized ERP, But Not User-Friendly and Hard to Customize Reports

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

integrated ERP platform, centralized access to business data

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Not user friendly, inflexible, financial reports are not easy to customize or build

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly business consolidation and dimension

  ### 12. Streamlined Inventory Planning, User-Friendly Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abbie S. | Materials Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I enjoy the web-based software of NetSuite as it is quick, easy, and user-friendly to navigate. Additionally, the ability to pull records and reports and customize them relatively quickly is very helpful for analytics.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

General improvements to the MRP/planning dashboard are needed, such as more detail and more accuracy with dates and quantities.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite lets us manage supply, demand, and finances across locations and plan future needs based on expected demand. Reporting functionality and customization is greatly enhanced from our prior ERP.

  ### 13. Accounting Manager

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2024

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

It’s tailored to our company’s operational and financial needs, which makes it a good fit for how we work.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

At times, the current customization guides our accounting staff through system workflows that don’t allocate costs to the correct accounts.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automatic processes and load of work off our hands.

  ### 14. Integrates Systems, But Lacks Standard Reports

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy B. | Vice President, Controller, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like that with NetSuite, we now have our systems integrated, providing one source of truth compared to managing two separate systems before.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

There are a lot of what I consider standard accounting reports that aren't automatically available. The initial setup was not easy because the consultants we had messed a lot of things up, and we changed consultants; then there was major turnover on our project.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite integrates our systems, giving us one source of truth instead of two separate systems.

  ### 15. World's Best ERP

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul D. | Cloud ERP Evangelist, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2019

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

Flexibility to configure for the specific workflows and business processes of a company. The ease of user adoption helps everyone quickly get up to speed with the work they need to perform. The alerts and dashboard help with efficiencies. The ease of customization allows users with the right roles and permissions to configure things to meet their specific needs without having to be a computer programmer. The roles and permissions allow for granularity for segregation of duties. The help and support is phenomenal, with field level, page level and a fully accessible support library which is easy to search with help topics articles and videos. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to have a software which will take their company forward and grow for the next decade to not waste any more time and implement NetSuite today.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

There is not really anything to dislike about NetSuite. It exceeds expectations. The only thing to not like about NetSuite is if you try to use other software, NetSuite will have spoiled you.

**Recommendations to others considering NetSuite:**

When switching to NetSuite (your best decision for your company) use a solution provider rather than NetSuite direct to both procure the software and provide the services. A Solution Provider is more vested in your ultimate success.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite improves the efficiencies of business processes and the effectiveness of employees, often freeing employees from "busy work" to allow them to contribute above their normal duties.

  ### 16. User-Friendly but Occasionally Slow

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ammar A. | Associate Functional Consultant - Oracle NetSuite, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I find NetSuite's user-friendly interface really beneficial, even for newcomers. It makes it easy to understand the basic navigation and perform tasks without much hassle. I particularly like that I can quickly access recent records by selecting the icon for the recent records tab.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Sometimes NetSuite becomes very slow, and if there is customization involved in any instance so it becomes super slow, so I believe that is the thing that could be improved.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find NetSuite's user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate and perform tasks, like accessing recent records quickly.

  ### 17. Great features, but need better onboarding

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

Reports are very customizable, when everything is integrated properly the invoicing process is quite simple

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

the system can be slow, no guide on all the features available, our ERP team has to step in alot because certain features were not turned on or they have to update workflows

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helping us rec our bank accounts, invoicing, balance sheet recs

  ### 18. The Best ERP in the World of ERPs!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tracy J. | Information Technology Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

As a NetSuite Admin, the best thing about NetSuite is the ability to customize it to fit the needs of my company. NetSuite allows for not only the creation of custom roles, forms, fields, etc. it also allows me to use thes in conjunction with custom reports, searches, and workflows to be meet my internal users' needs.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

There are some fields, such as transaction status at the header level, that are not exposed for workflows. I need more access to make my system better.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are transitioning from QuickBooks to NetSuite in order to have a more robust system. In the past, with my previous company, NetSuite was used to handle accounting, warehouse management, cycle counts, quality management, and a host of other processes.

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

  ### 19. Best-in-Class Reporting and Feature-Rich Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emmelyn L. | Senior Accountant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I love all the features that it came with. The reporting features are the best

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Sometimes thre are too many steps in doing things in NS. Fix asset modules for example is not the most user friendly for a company like ours with alot of FA transactions

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Netsuite is improving our overall ERP experience.

  ### 20. Powerful All-in-One ERP with Exceptional Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken K. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

NetSuite is all in one ERP and very powerful for user customization ie. saved searches , work flow and scripts. It has strong audit controls.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

the cost for licenses and support is high. some of the user interface is not as clear and clean. Saved searches can be messy as time goes.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite keep everything organized, accurate and visible. Less time is spend in fixing issues. Process automation such as workflow and saved searches prevent repetitive work with fewer human errors.

  ### 21. Powerful, Scalable, and Efficient—But Expect a Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I’ve been a NetSuite user for 8 years, and it continues to impress me with how seamlessly it brings accounting, operations, and reporting together in one centralized system. The ability to customize dashboards, automate workflows, and create detailed saved searches has made our financial processes much more efficient and transparent. NetSuite’s scalability has allowed our business to grow without outgrowing the platform, and the recent updates have only improved usability and performance. I also appreciate the continuous improvements Oracle makes to enhance reporting, intercompany transactions, and automation tools.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

While NetSuite is a powerful platform, the learning curve can be steep for new users due to the sheer depth of functionality. Some of the interface elements feel dated, and certain customizations still require technical support or scripting assistance. Additionally, support response times can vary depending on the issue severity. However, once the system is properly configured, the benefits far outweigh these challenges.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite has helped us centralize and streamline our entire accounting and operations process — from order management and inventory control to intercompany transactions and consolidated financial reporting. Before NetSuite, many of these workflows were handled manually or across multiple systems, leading to inefficiencies and errors. Now, everything flows through one connected platform, giving us real-time visibility into performance and reducing month-end close time significantly. Features like automated eliminations, cross-charge workbench, and advanced intercompany journal entries have eliminated redundant work and improved accuracy across entities. Overall, NetSuite has allowed our team to work smarter, faster, and with much more confidence in our data.

  ### 22. Customizable, Powerful, and Well-Supported—But Reporting Limitations Frustrate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

The program is logically organized with a clear, yet customizable, path through the general sales funnel. I love that NetSuite allows for fully custom records that address specific and sometimes niche requirements of one's business. With workflows, one does not need to be a developer to be able to create useful, time-saving automations. If you are lucky enough to be paired with a truly knowledgeable partner, the implementation can be highly effective. It is important to be sure to ask a lot of questions and confirm that one's implementation partner really understands the business needs. We love the additional professional support we receive from our Advanced Customer Support team. If there are projects that we just cannot seem to handle on our own, we know that we will receive excellent support from our ACS team. Our specific instance has many integrations. The ability to integrate with NetSuite means that our satellite locations can retain some autonomy with which supplemental programs they use but have all details reflected in NetSuite for the enterprise at large to access.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

There are limitations in saved searches that do cause a good deal of frustration at times. Although, NetSuite has developed a more robust way to perform the same type of searches but in a farther-reaching way in the analytics workbooks. Some of the connections can be difficult to sus out when creating reports and searches. Generally, when I run into a truly frustrating brick wall, it is due to something that's a known limitation with the potential for improvement. Being able to upvote on important improvements is beneficial.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have subsidiaries that retain some autonomy when being onboarded to the enterprise. Being that this is the case, many agencies have specific needs, like retaining some of their previous programs they have become accustomed to using. Having the ability to integrate these with NetSuite means that although we are made up of several, distinct components, all the details culminate in one program for everyone to access.

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! If you haven’t already done so, feel free to check out our NetSuite Customer Community. https://community.oracle.com/netsuite

  ### 23. Netsuite Accounting Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

Netsuite's UI and interface are very intuitive, and it is easy to build out custom reports as needed to get the most out of your data. The integrations with our other systems such as concur have been very helpgul.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

SmartView is not very intuitive. Pricing can get a little crazy with the amount of additions required for addons and such.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Netsuite is helping to streamline our reporting.

  ### 24. User-Friendly Layout Makes Editing and Tracing Entries Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

Recently integrated to NetSuite, it is very user friendly. I like the layout and how easy you are able to edit journal entries, copy bills and also trace back information. The best thing about NetSuite is how you can drop back up in the top corner and access it.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I don't like how you can't edit reports, you can have to customize them each time which is really annoying and should be a normal thing.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having data available in real-time, and being able to calculate GP% percentage.

  ### 25. Enhances Efficiency, Requires a Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jiten M.

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like NetSuite for the efficiency it brings to my accounting and financial tasks. It helps in generating revenue quicker by providing faster results, which is particularly beneficial for my role as a Certified Public Accountant. I appreciate how NetSuite enables quick processing of invoices and facilitates faster accounting, allowing me to manage financial statements efficiently. The way NetSuite was presented to me was appealing, which influenced my choice to start using it without considering other vendors.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I found the setup process with NetSuite to be a bit challenging initially. Setting up the accounts and figuring out how to consolidate all bank statements along with creating financial entries was not straightforward and took some time to get accustomed to. Additionally, the need for efficiency and quick results was something I felt could be improved.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find NetSuite enhances efficiency and speeds up revenue generation, providing faster results. It helps with accounting tasks like processing invoices and creating financial statements.

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Jiten. We take our customer feedback very seriously as we strive to improve every aspect of your experience. Please reach out to your Account Manager directly and/or email me at lauren.dattilo@oracle.com so we can connect directly with you regarding your feedback.

  ### 26. Powerful Reporting and Support, But Permissions and Updates Can Be Confusing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

The ease of using reports and creating specific reports and saved searches. Coming from QuickBooks, I like the ability to easily switch between sets of financials. Our account representative is also extremely responsive and has escalated any issues we have when we have not received a response from their helpdesk quick enough. SuiteAnswers has also proven to be extremely useful in helping me, as the NS administrator, in figuring out certain aspects of NetSuite.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The constant updates for SuiteBundles that are not managed that do not always have proper instructions on what is being updated and how this will change our system. Also, the extensive permissions and levels of permissions that are available can be confusing to determine how to assign these to users and what all they will be able to see & do within NetSutie

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding items with NetSuite help. The addition of AI has helped me to more easily find the solutions I need to problems I face.

  ### 28. Powerful Reporting and Smooth Integrations, but a Learning Curve for New Users

  ### 32. NetSuite Financials and Projects – Game Changer for Our Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zain K. | Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

we have the a perspective of working with NetSuite as both a partner and a customer. We recently implemented NetSuite Financials First and NetSuite Projects internally, and the results have been transformative.

Fromn a financial management standpoint, NetSuite has given us a centralized, real-time view of our financial health. Processes that used to be manual and time-consuming, like month-end close, project expense tracking, and revenue recognition, are now streamlined and far less error-prone. The automation features and built-in compliance checks have saved us significant hours each month.

On the project side, NetSuite Projects has brought much-needed clarity to our resource planning and project profitability tracking. Being able to connect financial data directly with project milestones and deliverables means our leadership team can make better decisions faster.

We don’t just recommend NetSuite to clients, we’ve adopted it ourselves because we believe in the product. In fact, we love it so much that we made the decision to purchase and fully integrate it into our own business operations. That speaks volumes about the confidence we have in the platform’s ability to deliver.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Implementation requires careful planning to get the most out of the system. Its not a plug a play solution. There are wonderful partners in consulting firms that would be able to help implement something like this. Which will be another cost, but it's worth the investment if this is a long-term solution.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I will speak to the purposses of the boxes I checked off above.

ERP Systems – Provided a single source of truth across financials, operations, and projects, replacing disconnected tools and spreadsheets.

Accounting – Automated month-end close, improved accuracy in reporting, and reduced manual reconciliation.

Discrete ERP – Allowed us to better manage and track project-specific deliverables with direct links to costs and revenue.

CRM – Centralized our customer data, improving visibility across sales and service teams.

Billing – Standardized invoicing and automated recurring billing, reducing delays and errors.

Core HR – Streamlined employee records, time tracking, and approvals into one system.

Project-Based ERP – Connected financial performance directly to project milestones, enabling faster, more informed decision-making.

Distribution ERP – Improved visibility into inventory, order management, and fulfillment timelines.

These capabilities have not only saved us time and reduced operational risk, but they’ve also improved cross-departmental collaboration. The biggest benefit is being able to see accurate, real-time data across the business, which lets our leadership respond quickly to changes and opportunities.

  ### 33. Highly Customizable with Detailed Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

The customization. The detail reporting.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The speed is an issue for me. Lots of hurry up and wait time.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To have an ERP system that can perform accounting and inventory control is key

  ### 34. Powerful Financial Reporting with Room for Customization

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Urvi S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like NetSuite for its effective monthly reporting features and the option to create custom reports. I also particularly enjoy the analytics and the global search capabilities, which enhance my overall experience.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Customization specific to our business. NetSuite didn’t give perfect guidance and so things are messy even now.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite helps with day-to-day accounting and reporting. I like its monthly reporting, custom reports, analytics, and global search features.

  ### 35. Comprehensive, intuitive, and perfect for mid-sized teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose G. | Senior Corporate Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

how easy it makes it to manage and understand our financials in real time. The platform gives us quick access to key reports like the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, and allows us to trace data back to its source with just a few clicks. It also supports great collaboration — multiple team members can work on the same data set with different levels of access, all without version conflicts.

Another standout is its wide range of integrations. Whether it's payroll software, payment platforms, or other systems, NetSuite connects easily with the tools we use daily, which has streamlined a lot of our processes. It's intuitive to use, and the learning curve is short, which makes onboarding new team members much easier.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

One thing I dislike about NetSuite is that some actions can be a bit slow to load. For example, opening certain records or navigating between pages can take longer than expected. It’s not a major issue, but it does affect the user experience during busy periods.

Additionally, the user interface feels a bit outdated and visually flat — mostly shades of gray — which can make the experience feel less dynamic. It would be great to have more customization options for the layout or theme to make it feel more modern and engaging.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite is helping us centralize and streamline our financial operations, which has improved visibility, accuracy, and collaboration across teams.

Before NetSuite, it was harder to track where numbers came from or to ensure everyone was working off the same data. Now, with real-time reporting and audit trails, we can easily trace transactions, monitor cash flow, and generate financial statements quickly and reliably.

Its integration capabilities have also reduced manual work — connecting payroll, payments, and other systems has saved us time and minimized errors.

Overall, NetSuite gives us a scalable, reliable system that supports better decision-making and more efficient processes.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miley L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like that I can use NetSuite with my colleague who came from another department, which seems to be a helpful collaboration feature. I also enjoy the ability to run the reports I need. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be easy for me.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I need more handbook to tell me how to use at the beginning.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite helps with inventory pick and process, and I like that I can use it with colleagues from other departments.

  ### 37. Almost Perfect Financial Suite with Robust Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like that NetSuite is integrated with lots of different providers, which is really helpful. The bank integration is also something I find valuable because it runs on schedule and is consistent. Plus, setting it up was super easy.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

CSV import can be clunky at times. I wish there were more real-time notifications of what is failing as the file is loaded.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite allows us to prepare financial statements and integrates with lots of providers, including banks.

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Tim We take our customer feedback very seriously as we strive to improve every aspect of your experience. ### 38. Best in Class Features, Needs Project Tracking Upgrade

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gino C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I find NetSuite best in class in features and appreciate the controls it offers. The initial setup was relatively straightforward.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Project tracking is antiquated and outdated. It should be designed to work for more than just service companies, allowing capital and operating expenses to be tracked.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite helps track all financial data and seamlessly integrates with Adaptive Planning, aiding in board presentations, forecasting, and budgeting.

  ### 39. Valuable Keynote and Networking, But Needs More Hands-On Training

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

The keynote was valuable, and I really appreciated the chance to network with other NetSuite users.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

There were too few hands-on training opportunities. Also, I didn’t have enough information to follow along during the session; sending the slides ahead of time would be really helpful. Easy to forget about the discussion without follow-up materials

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency and automation

  ### 40. Manual Consolidation Hurdles

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arun a. | Associate Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I appreciate NetSuite for its overall ease of use, which makes my day-to-day tasks far less cumbersome and much more efficient. Its capabilities around monthly reporting and cross-currency consolidation are especially valuable for our accounting needs.

The consolidation module, in particular, is a strong feature—even though it currently involves some manual effort. Despite that, it continues to significantly enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our financial reporting and consolidation processes.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I find that the consolidation process in NetSuite is not fully automated and requires manual intervention, which hinders efficiency. Additionally, automating the intercompany reconciliation process would significantly improve the workflow. The initial setup of NetSuite was cumbersome, which was an unexpected hurdle.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite for maintaining books of accounts, but it often complicates monthly reporting and cross-currency consolidation, despite its supposed ease of use.

  ### 41. Fast Reporting, Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeffrey N. | Purchasing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I really appreciate the ease of use of NetSuite. I also like the ability to create and save reports, which helps me look at so many aspects of the business beyond sales. The software pulls up information in seconds, which is super helpful because, you know, time is money.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I just keep having virtual training sessions. I work remotely, so virtual training is convenient for me.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite's reports allow me to look at various business aspects beyond sales, and it pulls up information in seconds, saving valuable time.

  ### 42. Great Features but Challenging Implementation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krys V.

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I appreciate how NetSuite streamlines our accounting and finance functions, which saves significant time in our operations. I find the invoicing, reporting, and inventory tracking features particularly beneficial. Reporting is a standout feature for me, as it significantly contributes to addressing our financial challenges. I also value the system's ability to integrate with other systems, even though it's inconsistent at times. This functionality allows for more seamless operations across different platforms. As someone who has used NetSuite for over a decade and taken on the role of both CFO and NetSuite Administrator, I've observed that over the years, after becoming familiar with the system, the implementation process has become smoother, which positively impacts our business operations.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I found the implementation of NetSuite challenging due to issues with our implementation partner and the NetSuite team. Although my experience improved once I became an administrator, the initial implementation was not smooth. Additionally, there is still room for NetSuite to better meet our functional needs, despite it streamlining some processes. I also have significant frustrations with the account managers. They seem primarily focused on sales and do not prioritize customer satisfaction after implementation. My attempts to resolve issues such as failed implementations, system downtime, and non-functional modules have been met with unresponsiveness or delays, except when I express interest in purchasing additional services. This lack of support makes it difficult to manage adjustments or cancellations effectively.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite streamlines our accounting and finance functions, saving time with effective invoicing, reporting, and inventory tracking.

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Krys. We take our customer feedback very seriously as we strive to improve every aspect of your experience. Please reach out to your Account Manager directly and/or email me at lauren.dattilo@oracle.com so we can connect directly with you regarding your feedback.

  ### 43. Powerful in Reports, Challenges in Implementation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcelo C. | Chief Operating Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2024

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I appreciate that NetSuite is very powerful when it comes to searching for information and creating various reports, which has proven to be very useful for inventory control, purchase order management, customer control, billing, and finance. The ability to integrate with other programs, such as exporting data to work with Microsoft Excel, is very valuable to me. These features make my experience with NetSuite efficient, facilitating the daily management of complex operations with a focus on obtaining accurate data and generating appropriate reports for decision-making.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The cost and that my information is held hostage by NS. We have had problems with the implementation of NetSuite. It was outsourced and was not 100% adequate due to the lack of knowledge about manufacturing processes by the person who implemented it. For this, NS sells additional services and consultancies, and everything adds up and increases cost. I do not perceive the value of NS.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite for inventory control, managing purchase orders, customers, invoicing, and finances, which significantly improves my business management. Its ability to search for information and create reports is very powerful and beneficial.

  ### 47. Effective Financial Tools with Minor Glitches

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shaniah C. | Senior Accountant

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I appreciate the Match Bank Data and Reconcile Account Statement tools in NetSuite, which greatly assist in reconciling account balances by providing easy 1:1 match capabilities, automatic matching, and detailed presentations of reconciliation summaries and details. These features streamline the reconciliation process, making it easier and more efficient to manage financial data.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I find it frustrating that editing account details in NetSuite is unavailable, especially after our company switched from QuickBooks this year. Certain accounts need to be edited, but the feature seems to be missing. Additionally, there appear to be glitches in inventory tracking, which can be problematic.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite for GL Accounting and Financial Reporting. The Match Bank Data and Reconcile Account Statement tools make reconciling account balances easier with features like easy 1:1 match, auto match, and detailed summaries.

  ### 48. Intuitive and Customizable, but Lacks in POS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like the ease of use of NetSuite and how it's really a 'it is what you make it' kind of system. I find the saved searches and the SuiteAnalytics Workbooks particularly helpful as they allow me to look at data in ways that are useful for reconciliation, tracking, or providing to key stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The Point of Sale is awful. There are syncing issues and it is very difficult to customize it for our needs.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite houses all our financial data and lets me run analytics on our performance. The saved searches and SuiteAnalytics Workbooks help in reconciliation and providing valuable data to stakeholders.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrations, control and processed.

  ### 50. Powerful Consolidation, But Setup Can Be Tricky

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shani B. | Senior Bookkeeper, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I find NetSuite incredibly beneficial for my role as a senior bookkeeper. Its consolidation capabilities are invaluable, allowing me to view all entities on the same screen, which vastly improves efficiency by eliminating the tedious task of downloading separate Excel files for comparison. The ability to generate consolidated reports on screen and make live adjustments is a significant time-saver. I also appreciate the convenience of features like the option to edit transactions directly and the ease of accessing well-detailed reports, which enhances my day-to-day workflow. Moreover, NetSuite's integration with third-party software, such as Ramp, ensures a seamless experience with minimal manual work, which is critical when managing multiple platforms. This integration capability is especially advantageous for a large company dealing with various softwares like Rippling and ensures that all software components work together smoothly, including bank feeds for all banks. Overall, NetSuite’s comprehensive features and strong integration capabilities provide a robust platform that supports my accounting needs efficiently.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I find some of the NetSuite settings for roles, approval flows, and reports to be quite complicated. It's not always clear where to find field names or how to adjust reports to show exactly what I need. Customizing certain reports is particularly challenging. Additionally, the initial setup for accounting was a bit challenging because it was different from what I was used to, like how AP and AR books are separated from the main books, requiring a new way of thinking and working. Moreover, integrating certain platforms like Navan has been challenging due to its settings, which are not very intuitive or organized compared to others I've used, making field mapping difficult.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite to solve the issue of entity consolidation, making intercompany account reviews easier with on-screen consolidated reports, reducing manual work and increasing efficiency.
