"Great Software, pricing structure is trying."
What do you like best about NetSuite?

NetSuite is an all-in-one solution that truly keeps everything in one place. I use it daily, and it has streamlined so many aspects of our business. The ability to manage multiple functions within a single system makes it incredibly efficient. We’ve also added a few integrations to support our customer service team, and the improvements in their workflow have been noticeable—they love it. Overall, NetSuite has been a game-changer in helping us stay organized and effective across departments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

The biggest challenge we faced was training during implementation. The system is powerful, but without clear and thorough training upfront, it can feel overwhelming to new users. Even now, one of our biggest struggles is navigating the different levels of support—figuring out who to contact for help or how to get quick answers when we run into issues is often frustrating. Additionally, the reporting system, while flexible, has been difficult for many of our users to learn and use effectively Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unified Platform with Powerful Automation and Customization"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

NetSuite provides a unified platform where I can manage finance, operations, and reporting in one place. The real-time dashboards and automation features save a lot of manual effort and give better visibility into business performance. I also like how easily it integrates with other systems and how customizable the workflows are, which really helps in streamlining daily tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

The initial setup and customization can feel complicated, especially for new users. Some configurations require technical expertise, and making small changes sometimes takes longer than expected. The UI also feels a bit outdated in certain areas, and performance can slow down during peak times. Better onboarding guidance would make the experience smoother. "Great for Centralizing Finance, Billing, and Operational Workflows"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

What I like best about NetSuite is that it brings multiple business functions—finance, inventory, procurement, and reporting—into one unified cloud platform. Having real-time visibility into transactions and operational data makes day-to-day decision-making much faster. The dashboard customisation is especially useful; different teams can see exactly what matters to them without switching between tools. I also appreciate the strong automation features, which reduce manual work and help maintain consistent processes across the organisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

One challenge with NetSuite is the learning curve—new users often need time and training to fully navigate the system. Some advanced customizations and reporting features can also feel complex and may require technical support or a consultant. Additionally, certain processes feel a bit rigid unless they are configured carefully, which can slow down teams that need quick adjustments. Overall, it’s powerful, but not always immediately intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong ERP With Great Visibility and Some Complexity"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

What I like best about NetSuite is its unified, cloud-based platform that brings all core business functions together and provides real-time visibility across the organization. The ability to customize dashboards, workflows, and reports makes it highly adaptable to our processes, while the automation features significantly reduce manual work. Overall, NetSuite’s flexibility, accessibility, and strong reporting capabilities greatly enhance efficiency and decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

What I dislike about NetSuite is that some modules feel overly complex and require significant customization to work efficiently, which can make the initial setup time-consuming. The user interface could also be more intuitive, especially for new users. In addition, certain tasks feel slower than expected, and support responses can sometimes take longer than ideal. These factors occasionally affect productivity despite the platform’s overall strengths Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Completely Customizable for any Industry"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

Drag and drop file storage is wonderful to quickly attached documentation to orders/invoices and keeps us paper free. The reports are all downloadable in multiple different formats. You can customize your quick links home page so your overview it relevant to your job instead of a one size fits all approach. Once you get used to how the flow is set up in NetSuite, it becomes second nature to utilize the program. Majority of it is set up with, what I consider, basic common sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

Biggest downside to NetSuite is the report writing. It is complicated and a bit convoluted that even our most experienced admin has to spend a fair amount of time with trial and error before getting the data sets needed. I took a class on this from NetSuite themselves and while it was very informative and did give me a better idea on how the process is meant to work, it was too simplified. Since every company is highly customized to fit their needs, the class did not translate too well back in the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive and reliable ERP solution for growing businesses"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

NetSuite provides a truly all-in-one platform that integrates accounting, inventory management, CRM, and more. I particularly like the real-time dashboards and custom reporting tools, which make it easy to monitor KPIs and financial performance. The cloud-based system is fast, secure, and accessible from anywhere, which is a huge plus for remote teams. Its automation features, such as recurring billing and bank reconciliations, have significantly reduced our manual workload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

The initial learning curve can be steep, especially for users unfamiliar with ERP systems. Some of the customization options require technical expertise or developer support, which can increase implementation time and cost. Additionally, the UI, while functional, could benefit from more modern design updates to improve navigation and user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unified Cloud Platform That Streamlines All Core Business Processes"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

The most helpful aspect and primary upside of using Oracle NetSuite is its nature as a unified, cloud-based platform that integrates all core business processes—including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and e-commerce—into a single system with a single, real-time database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

The aspects of NetSuite that are often cited as the least helpful or significant downsides primarily revolve around cost, complexity of implementation and customization, and limitations in user experience and support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Powerful Step Up from QuickBooks for Growing Enterprises"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

I truly appreciate the ongoing improvements in NetSuite, which continually enhance the software's capabilities and effectiveness. The new AI features have been beneficial, making tasks more efficient, especially in banking and with the recent implementation of AP coding. Additionally, the flexibility it offers in budget preparation and tracking surpasses what I experienced with QuickBooks. The support from the team has been exceptional, providing helpful assistance that ensures smoother operations. Transitioning from QuickBooks, I found that NetSuite was more suited to handle our expanding needs as we add new locations, and the implementation team played a crucial role in making the setup process manageable. Overall, the combination of these features and support make NetSuite a valuable asset for the accounting and budgeting needs of our healthcare facility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

I would love to be able to track non-financial measures and use the information to build dashboards for my board of directors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI Features Excite, Standard Reports Disappoint"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

I am particularly interested in the AI-enabled features in NetSuite. The anticipation of utilizing AI for tasks like A/P bill data entry excites me, as this could streamline processes and improve accuracy. Additionally, the NetSuite Analytics Warehouse is another aspect I find fascinating; it promises powerful analytical capabilities that could significantly benefit our data-driven decision-making. Having parent and sub-companies running on the same system with NetSuite is also advantageous, as it ensures cohesion and simplifies managing company-wide operations. Although still in the implementation phase, these features indicate promising functionality that could transform various organizational processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

I find the standard reports limited, which restricts the ability to generate comprehensive data insights easily. Additionally, the initial setup of NetSuite was difficult, indicating challenges in the onboarding process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Financial Management with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about NetSuite?

I appreciate how fast and quick NetSuite is, which allows me to efficiently handle various fiscal processes within my organization. Having direct access to all financial and fiscal details without needing to contact the accounting department is an incredible benefit, as it provides me with actual amounts effortlessly without additional steps. This accessibility helps me significantly when it comes to forecasting budgets, as I can easily view paid amounts, available funds, and pending expenses, making NetSuite an integral part of my workflow. Its speed and comprehensive data coverage streamline my tasks, making it a vital tool for managing financial operations efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

The payroll feature in NetSuite groups all teachers, for instance, into one total in the budget to actual reports. It would be more useful if it could sum payroll expenses for each individual personnel separately. I also find the absence of a forecasting feature a drawback, which forces me to rely on Excel for budget forecasting. Additionally, while the initial setup was easy, it lacks intuitiveness, and having descriptions or definitions of accounting terms would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
