The ability to build custom searches and reports, as well as workflows and scripts to automate our processes, is incredibly helpful. NetSuite has enabled us to centralize our operations by bringing together finance, inventory, CRM, and order management into one system, as well as integrating with our other tools. We use workflows to automate manual tasks like data entry and closing out cases. They also help us implement controls and approvals. We use searches to power user dashboards, send automatic notifications, and review data. **What do you dislike about NetSuite?** I have heard a lot of users complain about ease of use. I think making the UI more streamlined and having more useful help documentation would be great. Support can be incredibly difficult to work with as there are very long delays between when a case is submitted vs. gets a reply, and the replies are often not helpful. **What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** NetSuite centralizes our operations by integrating finance, inventory, CRM, and order management, improving efficiency. Unlike other tools, NetSuite only release tow big updates an year. I don't need to worry about upgrades for about 6 months. 2. If they are likely to remove or improve an item, they will provide an ample of time to recover the data and also provide multiple ways to overcome it. 3. An ERP with all the necessary modules in hands reach (OneWorld), upgrading along with the global updates like LLMs. Each modules are easy to use with just one click on "Enable Features" page. 4. Always provide the libraries for external tools like Mulesoft, Dell Boomi to easily integrate with other systems. We can create our own APIs too using RESTlets. **What do you dislike about NetSuite?** Support system, I understand the support may take time for an issue, but it's to long even for a P1 issue. This automation has enabled us to fulfill as many as 250 orders a day without needing additional staff, compared to just 20-30 orders previously. I also appreciate that it integrates with our LIMS, which helps us automate the order fulfillment process with our Lab. **What do you dislike about NetSuite?** The size/quantity limit of only allowing up to two sizes is a very limiting factor for us. The reporting features have also been limiting. Fixing the online support forms to integrate better with the fields used would be nice. KPIs should be easier to setup as well as having up to 200 items to see instead of just the top 50 items. The initial setup was a nightmare. We used NetSuite's team and they were clueless. We had to find an outside developer, purchase a whole new instance and it still took us over 18 months to go live. **What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** NetSuite helps us automate order entry, fulfillment, and accounting, boosting capacity from 20 to 250 orders daily without extra staff. My account manager often does not respond or takes a long time to get back to me. This makes me want to look for a different or better account manager to handle my account and relationship. If I select a supplier, it should create a demand and supply plan for all the listed products against that selected supplier. At that stage, users are typically not accounting experts. Instead, I have created a custom record type called "Adjustment Reasons," which automatically contains the specific account I wish to use. **What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** So far, I am not expecting anything new from NetSuite. ### 26. I like that it's a single tool across the entire lifecycle. What's really great is the ability to track who the request is sitting because that brings a lot of transparency to the process.
