I like that we are able to assist our employees who do not have a banking option with the prepaid card option that NetSpend offers. I don't particularly appreciate that we do not get to keep their car record on file for their 1st 90 days. This had proven to be helpful with another company we used when the employee lost the temporary card and we could supply them with their information to stop the direct deposit & have it applied to a replacement card that would be mailed to them from the company.
