It took about 5-10 minutes to completely learn to navigate the system. From handling scheduling to completing notes, it was extremely easy. **What do you dislike about Netsmart Helper?** Once you close a note without saving it is gone. If you accidentally save a note and close it you can’t retrieve the older version which is sometimes stressful **What problems is Netsmart Helper solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helper allows me to handle notes and scheduling for clients as well as be in understanding with their other providers such as their psychiatrist. It is great for everyone to be on the same page ### 2.
