Netskope comes with all in one solution which is CASB, DLP and Proxy which is required for every organization. Netskope does ssl bese inspection and deep inspection of every data. The best thing to like about Netskope is its seamless operation and administration. The Administrative console was very good and it provides clear-cut details. The easy of use and implement the platform and also the seamless experience on the user side. Pretty straightforward configuration and setup and a great team on the onboarding process. They are not able to provide a full raw log of endpoint navigation, I find this quite useful on investigations (by the context) together with the alerted logs and all the other enriched information that they provide. The best thing about netskope it gives a complete overview of a cloud application. It gives you the ability to differentiate between corporate and non-corporate instances, it enables the user to identify and manage the cloud application irrespective of the application type wether it is managed or un managed. Netskope is one of the leaders in the world of CASB solutions. Their support is responsive, quick, and knowledgeable. With Netskope, we can define very granular policies for zero-trust access. It is easy to hide the Netskope client from users and make the service transparent. Collecting logs for troubleshooting is also super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Netskope One Platform? Netskope has experienced bugs and glitches when a new operating system update is rolled out. Quite recently with the macOS Big Sur upgrade and the M1 chip devices, we've had quite a few issues. Their development team is working hard to catch up and make the tool compatible with these updates. Although collecting logs is easy, only the Netskope team can review and investigate the log bundle as it requires special tooling. Another gripe with Netskope is the lack of publicly available documentation and configuration guides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Netskope One Platform solving and how is that benefiting you? We are a company that has embraced the cloud and most of our staff is working from home. We have replaced the traditional VPN with Netskope and we're better able to assign access to certain applications for users.
