You can test this before purchasing (we did) and we were very surprised at both the type of data and the locations (box, iCloud, etc...) that were being used. **What do you dislike about Netskope One Platform?** It can take a bit to implement, but we haven't run into any huge roadblocks. Our top three issues were of our own making: all bandwidth and priority related. **Recommendations to others considering Netskope One Platform:** I initially wanted to go w/Palo's solution as we could get it for a competitive price, but Netskope worked with us to get close to parity, and it's far beyond Palo's capability **What problems is Netskope One Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking to implement and enforce a data classification policy, and this was one of the key platforms that enabled both insight into where our data was going, and what type of data it was. We could trace back to users and address concerns and violations very quickly. We were also able to use it to help prevent misuse as well. ### 2. The flexibility in their deployment options is also a big advantage over some of their competitors. **What do you dislike about Netskope One Platform?** If you have a large environment like we do, the manual upgrading of the OPLPs can become cumbersome **What problems is Netskope One Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Netskope allows us to see what SaaS applications are actively being used. It also gives us a deep insight into O365 and how data is flowing in between. ### 3. Easy to navigate menus and dashboards. Fast access to Cloud confidence Index and risk assessments of over 27K SaaS providers Data leakage analysis and policy enforcement capabilities. **What do you dislike about Netskope One Platform?** Occasionally CCI scores are out-of-date - however Netskope provide a mechanism to challenge and update these. **Recommendations to others considering Netskope One Platform:** Understand how you will get your Internet traffic data from your proxies into the Netskope Cloud. Conduct a PoC on both the Netskope Agent and Log parser to work out which model fits best with your organisaiton **What problems is Netskope One Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Enhanced visibility of SaaS solutions being used by the business. We have a small team and using Netskope is a major "force multiplier." Easy to use reporting and dashboards (shocking to see for the first time). The Cloud Confidence Index is one-of-a-kind and is in huge demand from our lines of business. **What do you dislike about Netskope One Platform?** I dislike the inability to generate a comparison report of the Cloud Confidence Index. I know this is coming and will be a huge improvement over screenshots. **Recommendations to others considering Netskope One Platform:** Have your policies in place before you implement blocking or speed bumps. It was nice to see who the majority of users were that we would be effecting before we implemented an intervention. **What problems is Netskope One Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Blindspots to cloud applications (e.g. what are they, who's accessing them, what are they putting up there?). As an HIPAA covered entity, I need to know where the data is, Netskope answers this question for us. It also allows us to limit access to sites people should not be using which has become hugely beneficial. ### 8. A critical part of our cloud security program. **What do you dislike about Netskope One Platform?** Feature list is so extensive, it may take a while to get acclimated with everything you have available at your disposal.
