**What do you like best about NetSDL?**

When I had issues, I was able to easily reach someone. It was easy to use. Easy to implement. And I think it's been helpful so far.

**What do you dislike about NetSDL?**

I found their services on the pricier side, but it was easy to use and relatively easy to implement.

**What problems is NetSDL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSDL assists with inventory management. Something that can constantly be improved since we run a variety of sales channels that can cause discrepencies.
