The Citrix ADC product line offers a wide array of functions and features for securing user access into our environment. What do you dislike about NetScaler? The menu flow isn't the most intuitive and makes it hard to get used to plus help train other people on. You'll find certain logs/etc can't be accessed from the GUI requiring extra knowledge on of the CLI. You have to be very careful with upgrades we always work with our TAM to ensure our upgrade path/version so we minimize our risk and introducing any new issues in our environment. Citrix ADC prodvies a secure channel for our users to connect through and load balance allowing us to offer maximum aviablibity as we can incorporate multple levels of redundancy. Citrix ADC is most helpful to provide secured encrypted traffic from Internet to the data center.
