**What do you like best about NetRef?**

I do not find netfef to be very helpful, so I do not like it.

**What do you dislike about NetRef?**

You cannot see a student's screen.  You get a URL, but that is NOTHING like seeing the actual screen and every tab they have open.

**What problems is NetRef solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving no problems, and therefore, it is not benefitting me at this time.
