The system's ability to distinguish yellow and red lights, stop signs and speed limit signs is what attracted me. Our previous system did not have this capability. The AI can create an enormous number of false alerts for drowsy driving. I mean enormous. Retreiving video when an event was not created can be very time consuming. Being able to be alerted about an unsafe driving behavior in almost real time is extremely beneficial. From the servicing side of the spectrum, the cameras are easy to install. My direct customer support rep Kai Jandoc is fantastic with quick replies to specific questions and issues. On multiple occasions emails asking the same questions again and again that have already been answered, lead me to having to get Kai involved to get them resolved. Also issues with cameras having to be replaced multiple times for IR LED issues or communication issues can be frustrating. What do you dislike about Netradyne? The hard sell approach by some of the salespeople; turn off for me since I am bringing one of my customers to the table as a referral. We need to listen to the customer's needs and challenges and predicate our responses to solve them and not feel like we have to rush through the canned hard sell approach.
