Netpresenter has easy to work with templates that can be adjusted easily to the company house style colors and logo. The way of working with these templates is very simple. I would appreciate if this option would become available. For instance regarding security, it is good that it shows that we did not just copy-paste something, but it is genuine ours. We can easily reach our employees through the narrow casting system at central points in our organization. The messages are short and can attract people to take action where necessary. What problems is Netpresenter solving and how is that benefiting you? using Netpresenter gives us the opportunity to communicate with our users with out the need of sending emails. Releveant information is automatically shown on user endpoints and various Narrowcasting screens accross the various locations. Also in our LoB we are using the Alert-server to send out alerts in case of an emergency. At UZ Gent, we use the tool to quickly and dynamically communicate new procedures or guidelines related to COVID measures to our healthcare providers. They see these messages very quickly during their work shift without having to go separately to the intranet or their email, but directly via their screen saver. What do you dislike about Netpresenter? Paper posters and requests to read the news in many different places. What is urgent and/or important must be made available as push communication through a channel that has a very low threshold reach and is read to the maximum. You can very easily reach an audience that is not necessarily logged in through a personal account, and this via screens in waiting rooms and/or screensavers on PCs. Sometimes I would like to have some different views over the database (eg. users + email / users per channel in an overview) .
