What problems is Netomi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Covid has made our support volumes unpredictable. Netomi's AI helps us scale with ease by providing us with analytics allowing us to understand what customers are asking and what problems they're experiencing. The team is awesome - very knowledgeable and quick to respond and help, they also try to think outside of the box and suggest a solution that might not be immediately available.
