Foreign companies employ and pay people in Israel through NETO without establishing a local entity: NETO is the registered employer, and handles the contract, payroll, statutory filings and employee rights, while you manage the person day to day. NETO operates under Israeli manpower-contractor licence no. 1565, issued by the Ministry of Labour and listed in Israel's public licence registry — so the licence can be verified independently. Because of that licence, workers engaged through NETO hold employee status under Israeli law, with full statutory benefits: National Insurance, pension contributions, severance accrual, paid leave and holidays. What NETO handles end to end: • Employment contracts compliant with Israeli labour law • Monthly payroll, payslips and statutory deductions • National Insurance, income tax and pension reporting and payment • Severance and leave accrual • Freelancer invoicing — a freelancer can be paid against a single invoice without opening a business or tax file Who it is for: • Foreign companies hiring talent in Israel with no local entity • Israeli employers paying contractors and temporary workers compliantly • Freelancers who want to invoice a client while keeping employee status and benefits How pricing works: NETO's fee is 5% of the invoice amount (before VAT), paid by the client.
