Netmera offers a wide range of services such as push notification, pop-up, in-app, SMS and e-mail. Reaching customers through all possible channels is crucial to improving the customer experience and staying in touch as much as possible. It is very convenient to manage all these channels from one tool. Netmera also provides a variety of reports (dashboard, graphs, funnels, tables etc.) that supports your business decisions.

The interface is user-friendly, clean, easy to learn and use. It helps you take actions very quickly and run different campaigns without much effort. In case you do not feel comfortable using the tool or have enough confidence yet, Netmera team supports you through every step until you decide you can manage your actions on your own. Also, their support system helps you with any problem or question you have, just explain the situation you need help with and wait for their response for possible solutions.

Another thing I like about Netmera is that they are a fast growing company so our feedbacks are considered crucial for their improvement. Anything we tell about the interface, the services or new features that can be added to the tool is taken seriosuly and many of them are getting developed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were on our way to launch a new service setup business as an add-on to our existing product line business. And that's where we used Netmera's marketing and campaign management platform. This helped us reach thousands of our end users in all forms of set up and made our campaign successful. We were able to push notifications through the web and mobile-based setups. Netmera is a great tool and it can transform the entire journey of go-to-market setup. But sometimes these tools can be overcomplicated and can make the entire user experience for consultants difficult. It takes a huge amount of time to manage and check each node and that makes life complex for technical consultants.
