**What do you like best about NetLine Corporation?**

The level of high-touch support and the quality of the audience targeting are exceptional. From day one, our Account Executive, Zach, made the onboarding process seamless and transparent. He and his team didn't just set us up and walk away; they actively collaborated with us to refine our target audience and provided strategic recommendations on our content to ensure it would resonate.

The responsiveness is also unmatched—Zach often followed up with me before I could even get to him, which kept our project moving efficiently. It truly feels like an extension of our team rather than just a vendor. The peace of mind knowing that our lead generation is backed by expert recommendations and a successful pilot test makes NetLine an essential part of our marketing toolkit.

**What do you dislike about NetLine Corporation?**

The platform’s data and reporting are excellent, but the user interface could be more intuitive in a few small areas. Specifically, the "View Report" button is quite small and easy to miss, which feels counterintuitive given how valuable that data is to our daily tracking.

Additionally, the survey layout (like the one for this review) are formatted with "Very Satisfied" on the left and "Very Unsatisfied" on the right. Since most platforms follow the opposite convention, it’s a bit confusing and almost led to me providing an inaccurate rating. A more standard UI layout would make the experience much smoother.

NetLine helps us cut through the noise to reach high-intent B2B decision-makers in specific verticals. Their platform solves the challenge of finding quality leads within a long sales cycle by syndicating our content directly to the right audience.

I haven't encountered any significant issues so far, as they have fulfilled all their promises. If I had to mention something I dislike, it would be that the platform's user experience could be improved and made a bit more user-friendly. What I value most about NetLine is the real-time visibility and actionable insights their platform offers. Having round-the-clock access to reporting through the Lumen NetLine Campaign Portal truly changed the way we worked. Leads were delivered instantly, allowing us to monitor performance at any time—not only tracking the number of leads, but also gaining a deeper understanding of who was engaging (personas), which assets were resonating, and how many impressions it took to generate each lead.

Being able to analyze trends by industry and asset type empowered us to make more informed decisions for future campaigns. For instance, we customized Lumen and Cisco content for particular industries and increased our use of webinar-based assets based on what was performing best.

NetLine also enabled us to reach buying teams at key accounts, making sure the Lumen + Cisco message was delivered to the right decision-makers. This level of insight and targeting is what truly distinguishes NetLine.

What I like most about NetLine Corporation is how easy they are to work with and how helpful they are throughout the entire process. I also really enjoy their portal and being able to see the leads come in real time. It's really helpful that we have our leads we generate feeding directly into our CRM. We tried NetLine for the first time and really enjoyed the results that we saw. The setup of NetLine was rather straightforward, and they were helpful along the entire process. I also really enjoyed the reports that are available within the portal - to help you analyze your leads that you generate and assess quality.

Amazing experience working with Netline. Jeff listened closely to my company's needs and worked with me to refine our targets not just at the beginning of the campaign, but also throughout the campaign to hone in on targets. At the end, we had a 98% return rate of target accounts from the list delivered to Netline. Also appreciate the built in dash for an at a glance view before processing the data. The campaign set-up was easy and quick, and we were up and running within days of processing the contract.

Needs more self-serve options, and requiring a separate contract to access more leads when the option was baked into the contract did stall us on expanding our initial campaign.

NetLine has been an absolute standout partner for our demand gen efforts. What I appreciate most is how reliably they help us reach exactly the right audiences with content that actually converts. The portal itself is incredibly useful. Being able to monitor campaigns in real time, understand who’s engaging, and quickly see which assets are resonating has made our optimization cycles much faster and more strategic. It is/was a little tricky receiving weekly lead reports with no PII, which made it so I had to go into the NetLine platform to download them, but honestly, not a huge deal.

I really appreciated NetLine Corporation from the start. Jesse Robinson, the sales rep, reached out to me on LinkedIn, which was perfect timing because we were looking for a new company for content creation and syndication. We compared them with two other companies, and Jesse's presentation was way better than the others. Despite making promises that seemed too good to be true, they delivered on every one of them. The quality of leads generated by NetLine Corporation was far superior compared to any campaign I've run in the past, which was a huge improvement over what we were getting from previous companies.

We ran a trial campaign with NetLine and were thoroughly impressed with the results. From a marketing ops perspective, what stood out most was their white-glove integration services. The NetLine team worked hand-in-hand with us to setup a custom integration with Marketo, ensuring it aligned with some of our more complex workflows.

The implementation was smooth and highly successful. There were no stoppages in lead flow or sync issues, and everything was optimized from day one. Their customer success team was proactive, knowledgeable, and truly invested in making sure our program ran flawlessly.

I love that I am able to build the campaign on the backend, as well as make optimizations mid-way through a campaign. It's also fantastic that NetLine produces reports and lead reports that you can easily download from the platform. They have excellent customer service as well! My clients have been very satisfied with campaigns we have done through NetLine, from a leads perspective.

I find that the Filtering section of the platform is a little bit limiting. Because the scroll-area is so small, it can take longer to enter filters and is harder to see the full picture. A lot of times with clients, we will send them the Excel document that hosts all NetLine filters. We then manually enter filters. It would be awesome if we could upload the Excel document to automate the process a bit more.

For their marketing segments, I wish we could get just a bit more granular with who and what we can approve and deny, but other than that, they did a phenomenal job getting us what we needed in our broader segments.

We had a client who needed a large influx of leads quickly. NetLine was able to do this effectively and promptly.

**What do you like best about NetLine Corporation?**

I use Netline daily in my current role. Netline is easy to use and provides great insight into your campaigns/pages. Targeting, reporting, and purchasing leads are on the list of reasons to use Netline, and that list can go on and on. Implematnation, integration, and troubleshooting are all simplified thanks to the team at Netline. Our account manager is on top of every move which is a huge stress relief and a time-saver. Can't recommend it enough!

Nothing! The team at Netline is always willing to help and problem solve if any issue comes up.

**What problems is NetLine Corporation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to purchase leads when your campaign is struggling is very helpful. Integration into various platforms is great as well. The team is very knowledgeable and can make suggestions on how to improve results on your campaigns.

I appreciate that Netline allows us to configure and manage campaigns ourselves, providing more visibility and control compared to other vendors who manage programs without direct input from the Client. Netline also has an extensive library of targeting options.

**What do you like best about NetLine Corporation?**

It is such an easy platform to use. Very good quality leads. I also really liked the 5% overage in leads that they provide to make up for any bad leads that might have slipped through the cracks.

Nothing at all, it's been a great experience since we have been working with Netline.

We use their Content Extended Reach program to generate highly targetted leads for our clients.
