# How can I integrate AWS stepfunctions so that we can have a workflow of serverless functions? My functions can be declared in the functions folder, using NodeJS. however I don't see how to mesh that with more complicated functions work flows from AWS Step Functions, which seems to be the futures of modular building and debugging. Steo functions seems to be written in Amazon's own scripting language that is similar to a JSON, so I don't see how I can implement it in our project that is using NodeJS. ##### Post Metadata
