Some of the individual features are the ability to modify leases as conditions or circumstances change, the reports are great for providing auditors and management the information they need, and the ability of Netlease to create all of the needed entries. I wish the process of recording the CAM fees we pay as part of all our leases in the Lease Payment was as easily and quickly calculated as uplifts in the base rent. We have to add (and calculate, if variable) these amounts manually and on a 10-year lease, it can get a little lengthy but this is a pretty small inconvenience in the grand scheme.
