Net Lease Provides great training videos that will give you a detailed review of what to expect, the implementation team was very attentive and full of knowledge that made the process seem so easy. The customer support is very responsive.

One of the most helpful things NetLease provides for me is generating the monthly rent bills to issue payments from. All the necesssary coding and details generate which make review and payment smooth. Generating and reviewing monthly amortizations are a breeze compared to the numerous spreadsheets I used in the past. Reviewing and posting those have saved a ton of time at month end. The reports are easy to generate, use and customize to include additional information.

I don't really have a least helpful or downside to state, the canned reports that are driven by saved searches take a bit of time to edit and make a copy but that is understandable given each companies chart of accounts structure is different. NetLease by Netgain is an incredibly useful and intuitive lease accounting tool that we use on a monthly basis for journal entries and automated vendor bills that post directly to the general ledger without having to rethink complicated technical accounting questions or the operational hoops to jump through every month. This along with the easy to run reconciliation reports make NetLease an invaluable tool for our month end close.

The implementation process for NetLease was also incredibly quick and painless with NetLease professionals guiding us every step of the way, providing us custom solutions for our particular lease accounting needs, and a robust user guide for any post implementation questions we had. Another bonus is that NetLease is an embedded add-in for NetSuite avoiding the hassle of having to utilize a separate piece of software. NetLease worked out great for my nonprofit organization. The system was easy to navigate, the onboarding was excellent. The team from NetLease were patient, thorough and even provided a video copy of our training! Of course with ASC 842, there are lots of questions and the team was very helpful and responsive whether by zoom, email of phone call. Modifications are easy, and can be done to just one lease or a group.

NetLease fully automate our lease account which was fully manual before. It is a NetSuite plug in which make it very easy to implement and has minimum distruption to our daily operations. The time to implement was also short, it took our company about 4 weeks to fully implement 5 of our leases.
