Netlease created an easy to use system that helps our accounting team easily follow ASC 842. What do you dislike about NetLease by Netgain? From a user standpoint, it would be more effecient if the entries would auto match to our match data reconciliation process. NetLease is within NetSuite, making it easier to manage since we don't have to log in to a separate tool. It is very user-friendly, and the implementation was super smooth. What do you dislike about NetLease by Netgain? Ability to run disclosure reports for a previous period at any time. The downside of Netlease is the challenge of adapting our existing lease schedules to a new process however, this is a task that was made much easier with the help of Perry. Moving from manual spreadsheets to NetLease has increased efficiency (no more manual calculations or tying together spreadsheets) and also improved reporting and visibility. Initial lease entries and monthly journal entries are simpler now and we have great visibility into the schedules without having to find a million spreadsheets.
