Great Product **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Individual & Family Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2025 **What do you like best about NetLease by Netgain?** We got an audit comment about tracking the significant number of leases we had in excel and the risks related to manually maintaining calculations. As we switched to NetSuite, we looked for solutions and NetLease was an amazing purchase. Matt Siepert was an awesome implementation specialist who was knowledgeable and felt like a team member rather than a consultant. He went above and beyond, even meeting with our auditors to determine proper treatment and system setup was in accordance with their expectations. **What do you dislike about NetLease by Netgain?** We are a lessor but our sublessee pays their landlords directly. As a result, lease liability cannot be relieved. We use non-GL posting and will perform an annual true-up, which is similar to maintaining in excel. But the auditors were impressed with the system when we explored together so anticipating no comments this year! **What problems is NetLease by Netgain solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving ROU and Lease Liability calculations and complex lease arrangements, all systematically stored in our acocunting system. ### 2. Truly this has been amazing as it seamlessly integrates with NetSuite our ERP system. We've used it for almost 2 years now and no regrets. The customer support team are also very responsive whenever we log in a ticket and response time is less than 24 hours. Totally recommmend!!! **What do you dislike about NetLease by Netgain?** The sublease accounting portion can use some work. We're starting to have a lot of subleases and i think the reporting piece can be improved on. **What problems is NetLease by Netgain solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving lease accounting which can be complex. The calculation of ROU asset, lease liability and the amortisation table is quite complex to be done manually.
