It is easy to use It requires a few configurations like SNMP string, IP range you want to discover, devices login credential and you will be all set to start discovering your network Good and easier integration Configuration backup for the discovered devices Makes it easier to create a Bill of Material The best tool in the market that I know which is designed to simple the life of a network engineer or a solution architect. Job well done to Netformx for this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Netformx DesignXpert? Discoveries for networks with too many devices take a bit longer. Improvements can be made when it comes to the topologies discovered by this software The software is a bit pricey and is a per-user licensing model Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Netformx DesignXpert: Personally, I love this software, it makes it easy to have visibility of which devices are on your network, and doing discoveries just takes a few hours if you have a large network infrastructure, and it also gives you a topology of how your devices are connected. It can be easy integrated with other vendors which makes it easy to find out if your devices are end of life, end of support, or not Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Netformx DesignXpert solving and how is that benefiting you? Sometimes it can be a challenge to know which devices are on your network if you have a larger network infrastructure which is not properly managed or managed by different teams and this software makes it easy to do discoveries on your network and it makes a network engineer's life easier when it comes to doing network audits. Personally I love this tool and it makes you look a bit more smarter to your clients and helps build the trust and confidence between an engineer and the client.
