Even it is not the main usage, it adapts to control the Document management workflow, from the draft to the approval, and the maintenance/update process. However, it is a file-sharing software and includes features such as backup, data synchronization, and file sharing. **What do you dislike about NetExplorer?** I would like to see more integrations, maybe the new versions have them. But in our case the integration with project management tools was necessary, but we couldn't handle it straight from the suite. **Recommendations to others considering NetExplorer:** It's very important to evaluate what you really need. Maybe a few years ago this was an outstanding tool, but right now there are many options. So the first you need to do is do that prior evaluation, then go for it. This is a good tool, has good support, and most importantly they offer training from themselves.
