It is fairly simple to use, not very complicated, the UI is user friendly. Very good tool to sync documents with Microsoft Products and also other online sharing tools as well. Nothing much, more inclined towards Microsoft Products, could improve the overall user experience for other tools as well. Overall support is fine but could be a bit faster.
