What do you like best about NetDirector?

NetDirector is always evolving and looking for opportunities to improve processes. The give quick responses on inquiries and they proactively let us know about problems and offer solutions. They have also always been very helpful and assist with integration when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetDirector?

It's not really NetDirector's fault, but a lot of our code/scripts are spaghetti code. It would also be nice if they published more detailed information for their products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've also just expanded our data dictionaries and documentation access on the customer side - there's a new link available after logging in to the web app, or your analyst can point you in the right direction.
