Netcraft has broad capabilities for detecting domains and infringing content. Using Netcraft has eliminated my need to constantly sit in a queue and triage alerts, because it carries the burden and does a solid job of picking up bad or questionable domains and sites. Netcraft’s performance is consistent, and it rarely has issues or outages. Netcraft allows for unlimited monitoring which is great given the amount of brands we have. They detect a significant amount of anomalies, ones that no other platform has detected for us. They are quick to detect phishing sites and escalate for takedown. They do have a feature to allow for automatic takedown as well which can decrease how long a bad site is active. The takedown process is highly effective and fast. Navigating the platform itself is seamless and easy. There are several dashboards to view the data. These dashboards are customizable and can provide detailed metrics for leadership with little lift from the analyst. It's a quick and easy way to view trends as well. Netcraft offers a broad variety of services that are some of the best in the brand protection space. They are continually adding and growing their capabilities. Technical support and account management is great and efficient. Email replies are fairly quick, and if something is urgent, the team responds fast. Everyone has been friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the automated method in which Netcraft works; it's almost a set-it-and-forget-it experience. Shortly after signing up with Netcraft, they took down all unsanctioned mobile applications, which has significantly reduced their occurrence. Netcraft also saves us time by automating the takedowns of both phishing sites as well as fake social media sites, which helps ensure our customers are protected. Setup was very easy because there are no inbound connections or things to build. It's straightforward to update the company profile as Netcraft asks questions in an automated manner. Reporting and metrics can be a little hazy to differentiate some times, but that has gotten better over time. From a service perspective, I think would like to see improved capabilities to act when a malicious site appears and the customer identifies it before Netcraft does. However, the domain/social media is clearly impacting the brand or company of our concern. It will take a longer procedure and the outcome is not always successful. Nefcraft has a wide range of available takedown options compared to other competitors on the market. Every case has a clear audit trail of actions taken and responses from engagements. The teams outside the general use of the SaaS GUI are very engaging and helpful. The interface could do with an uplift and sometimes how the cases are handled is inconsistent with approval of one but rejection for the same scenario at a later stage, this has improved over time.
